Eventually I asked again and one of the cleaners made me speak to their boss who tried to convince me they need to use theirs. I made it clear that we chose them because they agreed to use our own products. They finally listened and used our own but the damage was already done. Right after the cleaning one of my children started having irritated eyes from the chemicals they used to wipe down the dresser and bed. If a service doesn't want to use third party products that's fine, just don't take the job. But to take the job saying you will and then not listen and then fight about it over the phone is not the sign of a high quality service. I strongly urge you to find another service.

She has been an absolute lifesaver, and it has made such a difference having her help with keeping my house clean. I travel frequently, spending about half the year outside of Illinois, and it is such a weight off of my shoulders to know that I never come home and worry about what state it will be in. I also struggle with ADHD, which makes creating and sticking with habits very difficult, and I have had the privilege of developing a routine to keep my stuff in order with biweekly services with her team. Girly works with my schedule and I never come back from being out of state to a home I'm miserable to be in. As for the value?
