Despite my attempts to clean and deodorize it, it still reeked, and I was embarrassed to have anyone over. The 2nd rug was heavily soiled and damaged after storm damage to my roof turned the upstairs into a construction zone. It was discolored, and I had given hope of salvaging it, so it was stored in my basement for several years. The 3rd rug just needed a good deep cleaning. Robert was punctual for his initial appointment, and explained what he would do to treat and clean the rugs, particularly the first two. His quote was fair, especially given the work required. They picked up and hauled off the rugs, and gave me an estimated work time, and he kept me up to date. The rugs required more time than initially estimated, but Robert made sure I knew in a timely manner, so I never had to follow-up with him. He delivered the rugs back today, and all I can say it WOW! He did an amazing job on all three, but I'm most impressed with the results of the first two rugs. There is absolutely no odor, they are dirt and dust free, and he was able to restore the color on the 2nd rug. Robert and his colleague were professional, punctual, and easy to work with. I appreciate every aspect of this transaction. I will highly recommend him to anyone in need of cleaning services, especially with area rugs. Thanks Robert!

Not so much the job they did, (the cleaning was exceptional) but more so some practices that were border line unprofessional. 1. Calling last minute saying your 20 mins away rather than prescheduling an exact time along with the day we had previously discussed 2days prior. 2. Utilizing my household appliances to perform duties that one would consider are apart of the services I'm paying you to provide. (If not it should be stipulated) Clogging them and spending 10 minutes beating it on the floor to unclog it. 3. Price variation: I was charged $140 previously for 2 rooms and a hallway, this time I did 3 rooms and a hallway for $185. The problem lies with me being charged an extra $25 dollars if he would have to move the couch to a fro to clean up under it. The thing is that I moved everything myself and when the time came for the couch to be moved he knocked on the back room door and I came to move that also, AND HE STILL CHARGED ME THE EXTRA $25!!!‍

I would not recommend this cleaning company based on my experience!!…read more I paid $515 for what was advertised as a detailed move-in deep cleaning, and the quality of the work fell far below what was promised. Numerous areas were either overlooked or not cleaned at all. The baseboards were still dirty, the walls were not spot-cleaned, every window sill was missed, there was no high or low dusting completed, and the downstairs bathroom was essentially untouched. After I raised my concerns, the company sent a second team to finish the job. Unfortunately, even after the return visit, many of the same issues remained. I have photos documenting condition of the home after services were rendered. For a professional deep cleaning at this price, I expected much more attention to detail and a completed job the first time. Instead, I had to spend additional time inspecting the work and requesting corrections, only to find that important areas were still missed. I understand that no service is perfect, but this experience did not reflect the level of quality or professionalism I was paying for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Lastly, When I asked the worker Josh if the dirt was coming off of the baseboard in the bathroom, he became visibly upset and responded that they had other clients to get to. While I understand that companies have busy schedules, I expected the service I paid for to be completed before moving on to another appointment & that is what I stated to him and he immediately got upset said that he wasn't gonna be talked to like that, stormed out of my house aggressively swung my screen door open & it hit the outside wall. As a customer, I believe it's reasonable to expect clear communication and a respectful response when asking about the status of the work being done in my home. I have attached some of the photos, but not all to show you what they consider CLEAN! HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE !!
