I called the number on the sign and left a message telling them to come pick up the sign they left on my private property with no permission. They never called me back so I tossed it in the trash. Recently they planted and stapled a frickton of signs in my community again. I came back from work and found another one almost in the same spot. Right into the garbage. I'm not the only one who's upset. Numerous other people have been complaining on next door. What an unethical and garbage way to advertise. Maybe look on the GIS maps to see who owns what. When I asked about it, and subsequently asked if he was returning to complete, he expressed that there was no room left in his truck as to the reason why it was left undone. He did end up coming back the next morning to finish, and did a good job. But he was going to just leave it unfinished if I didn't say anything? We paid his company $1200 to take care of everything and it's disheartening to know that we almost got ripped off intentionally. We did tell him that we were interested in biweekly service for mowing and weed whacking, to which he would not give us a quote. Fast forward to today (our first visit - only 2 weeks since they were last here), and again he refused to give a quote which I thought was strange, as he is already familiar with the property and also knows how much growth there is. Once the job was finished, he texted me that it would cost a whopping $145. All other landscapers in the area charge less than half that for the same (or more) work to be done - typically $50-75 every 2 weeks. Ripped off yet again. When I questioned why the rate was so high, I was met with disrespect, vulgar language, and threats - see screenshots. Neighbors beware of this disrespectful scam artist. We will not be recommending or contacting again!
