The parts and system he quoted was not was he installed and I mentioned it to him and he agreed he owed me a refund which I have never seen. Neither he nor his son knew how (both tried) to program the control box to run the system, I had to manually turn it on every day. I finally had to hire someone else to finish the job. He is very friendly up front, but takes his time responding (if at all) to your concerns after the system has been installed. Also left my lawn a mess. I had to bring in mulch and seed, and roll the lawn myself after he left.
