Only two stars because I am unable to complete my account registration, which creates a negative series of misfortunes. First, I cannot setup autopay. I have called and they were unsuccessful is talking me though it. I do not know what the problem is. And second, because I cannot setup auto pay, I have to receive paper billing to remember to pay each month; however, each bill I receive is for more than one month's charges and includes a late fee. I do not understand why each bill is not for one month's charges only. I am only four months into my initial contract and already tied of being punished for things beyond my control that no one understands. June 6, 2025 I allegedly now have autopay set up but not before a returned payment fee of $35 was posted to my account, which after speaking to Smithville, they are unable to remove since this is what their bank charges them. So I am being punished for mistyping my bank account or routing number because their system would not allow me to set up autopay in the first place. Super. I was advised that if someone pays late, they can remove that fee. Even better.
