On that part of the roof,…read moreI had leaks for years, and I had roofers come to fix spots and flashings, but in continued to leak. Then I contacted Steve Farber. He had an idea to reduce the costs and then his quote was 10+% cheaper than the next best quote. Steve has a very professional attitude and when we discussed the project, he explained to me in detail what he would do, and why I had these issues (e.g. a skylight and a stove pipe were not properly installed. He did a partial roof replacement, including all new flashings. And he gave me a 10 year warranty, which the competitor would not give for a partial replacement. He also implemented other things that I didn't specify so it would look neater, as in my case, we laid new shingles on top of old shingles. Now we had a bunch of significant rains, and no more leaks! So, if you have a tricky situation, Steve is your man. fyi, he doesn't do entire roofs anymore. But when he comes, he does it all himself, which gave me great comfort in the quality of his work.
