JDs Lock Shop was REALLY fast (showed up in about 20 minutes), and even charged me less than what he quoted me because he was able to repair the old lock (instead of replace). He even made a small repair to my back door while he was out, no charge, just wanted it to look right. Rare, old school, family business type service. 5 stars!!! Repaired it instantly and fixed an issue with our gate that prevented it from closing all the way . He worked quickly , efficiently and you could tell he knew his stuff. As he was leaving he asked if there was anything else ... there actually was .... A door issue in our shower the was preventing the knob for locking it in place . He too fixed that . On March 6, I paid this company to program a key for my Jaguar XF and the car worked afterward. On…read moreApril 28, I contacted him again because the vehicle stopped starting. He came out, asked to be paid in cash instead of using my card like the first time, and attempted to reprogram the key. The service was not completed, and immediately afterward the vehicle showed new warning messages that were not present before. When I asked for help or a refund, the issue was not resolved and he refused to return. Keep in mind i wasn't supposed to pay him in to the job was complete.
