My brother has used these folks a few times and has been happy with their service. His snow blower quit during the last storm, and TK made an appt to go and pick it up at his home. He completely forgot about it and was not there at the agreed upon time. When they called him to reschedule, and to explain he would be billed for the missed pickup, my brother was very unpleasant and hung up on them. Later, when I was paying his bills, I contacted TK to ask about the fee (I didn't know any of the above occurrence). I spoke with Steve who was very understanding and very kind. He understood the difficulty we are having, and the "awkward" stage between independence and losing freedom to manage things himself with dementia and he credited the fee back to us.
