This has been the worst day of my life!! I came to them two days ago.Now mind you,this is a place you go to when you're having problems finding a place!!I saw them on Facebook then I looked at the owner on YouTube and he promised satisfaction. I even asked them how are you able to get us in a house if we have bad rental and they said, they go by his word !! Found that odd!!I have made a lot of mistakes my life and my credit is one !! But I'm working on that!! I came to them and paid them 1500.00 now mine you, I made it clear I wanted a 1500.00 and the guy with the dreads which is the meanest person their said "I got you". So they gave me a listing of like 15 places to look at but when I got on the road she called me and said you have 3 options. The first option I couldn't get in door and she wouldn't even answer to help me. The second and third one she said I have to have a showing and that someone would contact me that day and no one ever called !! So I went to them today and told them I would like to have my money back because I'm not getting what you promised and that's a house for 1500.00. So Jade told me to wait on Don supposely that's the owners name and he came and couldn't even look at us and went in and went out then the guy with the dreads (really mean) told me to come in and said I'm not getting nothing back !! I was like wow!! They basically robbed me and the security guard said I had to go. I said sir what options do I have. I need my money. He said you got to go and pushed me out the door which I have police report !! I had to leave the premises to file a report because they made it look like I'm just some deranged woman, when in fact I'm just a single mom with kids trying to make it !! ThTs it ! Highly Respected by everyone around me !! My kids, my siblings and associates!! But today I was treated like a animal and my hip hurt from getting pushed out the door which I'm actually at the hospital typing this to you guys!! I have to go home and tell my kids I lost our money to get us a place!! They called back after all That and said I can go to the Galleria location after I was assaulted which I declined!! I'm embarrassed, I'm depressed, I'm in disbelief and humiliated over 1500.00 !! Please I've warned you!! Get you an second chance apt and work on your credit !! They lie and say they have affordable places then try to get you in a expensive place that was built in the 1980s!! They steal from the poor people!! We thought for sure we had to move into a worse situation than what we were already in and we had less than two weeks to make a move. We were scammed into the property we were on and our credit was shot!!! We heard about DMR and decided to give it a shot and I am so happy we did! The simple process had me nervous at first and confused as to how they can get a "yes" when all we have been getting was "no". In less than 24 hours, we submitted 5 houses (they will explain that), we were approved for a home. This process can be absolutely TIRING, FRUSTRATING, and attitudes will flair. KEEP IT REAL AT ALL TIMES! They can take it. Operationally wise, they operate how they operate with a DELIVERED word...they WILL get you approved...come with respect, honesty and the changed mind that this is the company to give you another chance. Dmr is a nightmare!I advise anyone not to use these people!The owner Don is a straight ass hole!He is all about the money and not the people.Very unprofessional!The guy James is terrible also.If I had read the reviews before I gave these people my money I wouldn't had gone through all the frustration with these people!They tell you they submitted your applications but when you back track them and call the owners your self to see if they have your applications and they all say no and dmr tell you the house been rented out already or etc..Liars.I met the owner of one home that I looked at,she was very cool and this lady had been waiting for my application but they sent some one else's instead!The owner wanted to move me in but since they didn't submit my application after 2 days the owner moved f orward with the next applicant!The asdhole Done ended up giving all of my money back accept $50.There are a few good people there.Shawn always text me or called me back and I appreciated that.But people if you are looking for a home go else where.
