Next I called them to discuss and my particular need had to be transacted in person for security. I appreciate they are trying to keep my info safe. (insert wonky face emoji) And so I find myself at the SSA in Warwick. It's a large building. Plenty of parking with handicap spots close to the entrance. GPS took me to the correct parking area. Located on the ground floor, turn right inside the entrance and they are the first door on the right. A security guard is across from the entrance. On the left is a kiosk where you sign in. Answer a few questions about your visit and a ticket with a number will print out. Have a seat in their large waiting area and keep an eye on the monitor on the front wall. The left side of the screen displays what numbers are being served and where. There is no audio que that a new number has been updated, you have to keep checking. When my number came up on the screen I walked back to a row of office cubicles and entered the room number listed on the monitor. I presented my drivers license and let them know what I needed. The staff member was very pleasant, smiled, answered my questions. They entered some info into the computer, let me know what to expect and I was on my way in minutes. The office was not busy when I arrived and I was in and out in about 15 minutes having achieved my goal. Yay. I appreciate the friendly, efficient resolution.

They share a space with others, but they're on the 1st floor. Decent amount of parking, you walk right in and the security guy is right there, with a warm greeting and points you to the kiosk where you check in. Very easy process, you get a number and sit and wait. They have this screen that shows you what number is next, if you aren't paying attention, they'll say your number over the intercom and then you'll know. The worker was eh, she was very blah and boring and seemed uninterested. She also talked very low, so I couldn't hear her much. But after a few minutes she opened up and smiled some but not much. It appeared to be the only window open as well so I'm assuming she got everyone. I would use this location again.

I've made so many calls to the United States Postal Service to explain that their staff do not follow federal and USPS guidelines that all USPS employees must wear masks. Months ago, I saw another customer get into a yelling match with the employee who has a bunch of neck tattoos at Centredale. Spittle flew from his mouth as he yelled "I have a medical condition, and you aren't allowed to ask me about it because of HIPAA!". I did not intervene and explain that HIPAA has nothing to do with his ability to disclose his health issues preventing him from wearing a mask because I feel like this employee is not capable of understanding this basic information. Please go to the USPS in Johnston or elsewhere because this location is likely to be infested with coronavirus.

An honest review......Let me start with the positive…read more It's a beautiful place. It's well cared for. Beautifully manicured. Nice plantings and nice things to see. They even have a nice area for kids to play and a little raised up covered deck for live music. A tiny Antiques shop in it's own out building. They had two porta potties that were also clean which was nice. They had picnic tables and little bistro tables set up throughout. Nice plantings and a large boulder painted like a frog. The service was friendly. They were busy. The area was well kept. They had a station for trash and recycling and it was organized. Our order was easily placed through square and my recipt was texted to me. All that was great! Now for the not so great.... Our food. It was flavorless. For four of us: * Bowl of New England clam chowder.... It was very watery. No creaminess and the flavor was meh... boring. There was hardly any clams or potatoes. I ate only half of it and tossed the rest. * onion rings, out of all the items we ordered we liked these the best. They were crispy. And has some flavor. * 3 clam fritters- we're not sure what the batter was, if I were to completely guess, wheat based batter, it was brown inside and out. Doughy inside, crispy on the outside but no flavor, hardly any clams in them. They did LOOK big and nice though. But still, no flavor. We didn't finish them. * mushroom and Swiss burger with fries. And also considering we were not too thrilled with our food. Over all, great atmosphere! It is a nice family place. But the food needs improvement in our opinions. As far as I can tell it was built in 1955 and is not one of the grand and historic ones frequently found in New England. But if definitely is a nice library, The staff here were very friendly and gracious and were a great source of information. They could tell you just about everything you could possible want to know about the library and the Putnam area. Librarians like this are a treasure, a resource that is inreplaceable . The library itself is pleasant with plenty of places of sit and lovely ceiling and windows. Plenty of computers and the usually library stuff. Not a stunning grand old library but a practical and useful place. Definitely not a place that will shock you with it's elegance and aesthetic wonders. But a pleasant and useful place to find a book and perhaps do some research.

They're saying that they made a mistake and miss calculated my earnings and accidentally overpaid me around $300 a month in cash assistance and that I should have only qualified for $12 a month. I brought them all the paperwork they needed and updated them on my job and my hours and they have consistently screwed me over. why would I go through the trouble of signing up for cash assistance and food stamps if I was only going to be getting 12 dollars a month. also every time I go there I have to wait in line for three or four hours sometimes with my young son and it can get very exhausting and frustrating and you don't even end up getting the help you need. I am a single mom.I am working as hard as I can to provide for my son.they wrote in the letter that it was their fault. that they miscalculated it and overpaid me. anybody have any suggestions on what I should do,I really do not have the money to pay that back and if I did not have that $300 a month I wouldn't have made it through the winter.
