I spent hundreds of dollars at 9 South Vapes in Galloway over about a period of at least 2 years. I…read morewas in the store almost weekly getting juice and other items. I have sent many people there, who have also spent a lot of money. I purchased a refurbished tank at their Tuckerton shop during a sidewalk sale they were having. When I got home I couldn't open the tank to put in the coil because it was twisted on too tight and I didn't want to break the glass trying to force it. Also, the twist open top of the opening for the juice had a twisted hinge and was hard to open and close. I have a smaller version of the very same tank, so I know how it is supposed to work. I took the tank to the Galloway shop since it's only 4 miles away to see if I could get an exchange or store credit. The manager (whom I always thought was just one of the salesman), used pliers to force open the tank, that caused small scratches on the metal. He also attempted to fix the twist open top for the juice to fit correctly, but it was still out of line and not closing like it's supposed to. He said there was nothing wrong with the tank and he refused to exchange it or give me store credit. The opening for the coil was fixed but the opening for the juice was still not aligned right. He said they do not give refunds on what he insists is not broken. Since that tank was refurbished, I assume someone returned it. Anyway, the guy knows me from my many times in that shop. He knows I spend a lot of money there, so why not just give me an exchange as a show of appreciation for a good customer? Anyway, I told him I will never buy from them again, and I'll never recommend them to anyone again. He said he didn't care. So, they lost a good customer who sent many people to them because of a $35.00 tank.

They have a great selection, great prices, and they appreciate their customers. It was a very foggy night and you couldn't see, but I needed a vape. My eyeglasses were broken so I got a ride from a friend. I recently switched to a disposable vape after using a refillable one for years, so I'm still learning. I told the salesgirl this. Plus, I was older than her. Just because we're a little older, doesn't mean we're stupid. They didn't have the vape that I normally use. I looked over the selection, which wasn't very big. I told her I didn't have my glasses and I couldn't see well. I first pointed to a Vape that looked like the one I usually smoked. She then directed me to a certain Vape that "she likes." She told me it was 25,000 inhalations for $30. My usual Vape is 30,000 inhalations at $30. 5,000 less puffs, but I was in a hurry and it was convenient. The store was 10 minutes away from my home. Factor in the foggy night and the fact that my ride had to get home. I went out to the car when I was finished, and my friend was smoking a cigarette outside. So I sat in the car and I was looking at the box with my magnifier and light on to get a better look. I noticed that it only had 15,000 puffs and you had 25,000 puffs if you pushed the BOOST button. I was only gone a few minutes after my transaction. I never left the parking lot. I went back in the store and I told her that she gave me the wrong information and sold me the wrong vape. She told me that all sales are final and she couldn't do anything about it. That is false advertising!!! Why did she point to that other Vape when I was looking at another one? She probably didn't even Vape. If she would've told me the truth, I probably would've been a repeat customer because they are so close to my house. To top it all off, I priced that Vape and it runs pretty much everywhere about $18-$23. I paid $30. I don't mind paying a little extra if you have excellent service. I am an avid consumer and I usually shop online so I can take my time. I was rushed that night. I should know better by now. From now on, I won't mind driving to my usual place to get my vapes. It's worth it. I'm telling everyone I know to never go there. Go to USA Gas to get your disposable and Gorilla Vapes to get your refillable vapes. This is no way to run a business.
