We had lots of dust particles circulating regularly through our HVAC system, which was making me cough and sneeze constantly and keeping my house very dusty. The particles impacted my health causing upper respiratory infections, bronchitis and allergy headaches. I was surprised to learn there was microbial growth in the ducts, so I also asked for the encapsulation process, which involves the application of a polymer coating sealant to the interior of insulated ductwork. The product Kenny used is designed specifically for use in HVAC ductwork and has anti-microbial properties to aid in the prevention of future microbial contamination.
