For the 2nd time we've used Hurricane to clean our dryer vent. It's a "problem vent", going straight up & venting out through the roof (as opposed to horizontally out of the house, the most efficient layout for a dryer vent.). Recommend asking for Gabriel who has been out both times. He couldn't be nicer, thorough, timely & accommodating to our schedule. Shortly before our appt, our dog (who was FAMILY to us) became ill & in a matter of days had to be put down. We had to alter appt time at last minute which was no problem. He checked in on our dog's health & THEN asked just to let him know when was a good time. The work was an excellent value for the cost & we'd recommend them any day of the week and twice on Sunday! read more

This was my first experience with having duct work cleaned. I've been in my home 8 years and recently had the primary bath renovated. Hurricane was referred by few of my neighbors and a close family friend. The owner responded right away and provided a very reasonable quote. I appreciated the quick response. They had a technician who got sick and the owner called immediately to reschedule as they did not want to send anyone not feeling well to our home. I really appreciated this and rescheduled. Appreciated the communication. When the 2 technicians came out, they were very courteous. Gabriel was one of the technicians and he was so knowledgeable and gave me tips/advice on how to improve airflow etc even while doing an amazing job cleaning out our air ducts. The first time I cleaned my air ducts. The two employees were courteous and professional. They went through all the duct escapes and used a large vacuum system. They showed the after fotos. They quoted half the price another company quoted, but I'm not sure if the price was optimal since it's my first time. The only issue I have is that I should have been told to leave the old air filters in since they need to be thrown away after the cleaning. I would recommend them! read more

Absolutely excellent customer service. Ido and his crew thoroughly cleaned our HVAC unit and all ducts and dryer vent and even went above and beyond and installed our new air vents for us throughout the house. They also used a decontaminant spray to thoroughly clean the ducts. We had priced a UV system to kill bacteria/mold, etc., in the vents from another company to be installed after ducts were thoroughly cleaned and was quote $2300.
