No biggie. She was very nice but stuck me in places that I've never been stuck at before. She stuck the first time, couldn't get any blood to flow. Then moved to the other arm and stuck a second time which REALLY hurt. She couldn't get the second poke to get any blood so she called in reinforcements which just so happen to be the lady i had the first time i went. The new lady stuck me a third time and was able to get my samples and i barely felt the third time. I'm usually never one to complain but the fact that i bruised like this after not even after 24 hours, that's a real inconvenience. I wish i had received somebody's name but just know if you are going to get blood drawn PLEASE request the lady with the tattoos to make the process pain free. Because i literally started bruising up a few hours after i left. Even my first pole had a small bruise but this one was the worse. This picture is the next morning.

Ok, so what I just invented a test, hacked the website, added it to the website, all just to mess with this girl? I don't appreciate fake website tests that I wanted, then the price goes up 40% at the desk. From $49 on the website to $69 in person for a 12 panel test.

I was here for a COVID Antibody test. I was near certain I had it back in late January…read more Scheduling was super easy. Paying for it was even easier. Finding it was more complicated only because I didn't write down the right address, but I found it at the last place I looked. The waiting area had the chairs at correct spacing to keep distance and I felt safe with the speed of service and the PPE all of the staff wore. I was documented, verified, tourniquet'd, stuck, drawn and bandaged in under 3 minutes. Then on the way back to work. My test came back negative for those that care :)

My wife was referred to this Quest Diagnostics location by her OB-GYN for a pregnancy-related blood…read moresugar test. This was not our first time using Quest. She has been there multiple times over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. We planned everything carefully because this test was important for her pregnancy and needed to be completed before a major appointment next Thursday. About four weeks ago, we called Quest and specifically asked whether an appointment was required. We were told multiple times that no appointment was needed. We called again this week to confirm, and once again we were told to simply arrive between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM because the test takes about an hour with samples taken before and after. So that's exactly what we did. We drove 45 minutes to get there with my pregnant wife and our 2-year-old child, arriving before 10:00 AM. When we checked in, we noticed the next available appointment on the screen was already around 11:30 AM. We asked the front desk for clarification, and that's when we were told they do NOT perform this specific test on Saturdays at all. We were shocked and confused because their own staff had instructed us multiple times to come in on Saturday without an appointment. We explained that we had confirmed everything beforehand because we wanted to avoid exactly this type of situation. What made the experience even worse was that one employee actually recommended we go to a competitor instead because they perform the test on Saturdays. Imagine driving 45 minutes to a medical appointment during a pregnancy, after confirming multiple times with their office, only to be told to try another company. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff blamed a "centralized system" and said they no longer have employees directly handling scheduling there. We were then told to speak with the doctor onsite, who ultimately decided not to accommodate us despite the mistake clearly coming from their office and scheduling system. This completely disrupted our plans and may now delay important pregnancy-related appointments and results. We specifically planned around this appointment, arranged childcare logistics, and drove a long distance based on incorrect information provided by Quest staff themselves. The lack of communication, accountability, empathy, and support for a pregnant patient was extremely frustrating. If you are expecting reliable scheduling or accurate information from this location, be very careful and triple-check everything because apparently even their own staff does not know which tests they perform or when.

Mind the construction around the Rcts building and plan accordingly. Call to get on their roster and become a testing panelist for dermatology studies. I've seen high staff turn over thru the years- some more personable/better bed side matter than others. Please note, there is a caveat that you can qualify for a study then no longer be needed. There tends to be a small compensation for your time. either way. Rcts was recently acquired by ALS. RCTS provides clinical testing services to assess the safety and efficacy of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and consumer products. A typical study can involve a face cleanser, spf or moisturizer, and diary to keep, for one to use over a pre-determined period. If there are more steps/products, staff will mention it. I've completed studies over the course of two weeks- four months. The longer the study, the greater the compensation. It just depends on what studies are currently running. Parking available on site. There's a gas station nearby, if need be. More info here https://rctslabs.com . Happy testing!
