Our insurance company has repeatedly directed us to CarStar, meaning that they have had many good experiences also. Recent work on my spouse's Honda CRV was just excellent. CarStar's set up with Enterprise for rentals is excellent. Their communications wrt estimates and progress and completion of repairs are first class. BTW - We needed a review today of a strange small dent pattern nearby the recent repairs, was it there before the recent nearby repair or was it a new event? The CarStar records were just great, it was already there and not part of the recent repair claim. Within minutes we had a quote to deal with this old forgotten, minor event. Jocoys was not only the best value, but everything that was noted about how the repair was to be completed spoke to a much higher quality result. The chain shop quoted a much higher expense for the repair, and wasn't going to fix it to the best quality. The area that was in need of repair required the windshield to be removed to properly fix the damage. The chain shop said they could fix it without removing the windshield and said they wouldn't remove the windshield anyway because they won't warranty or stand by any rust repairs - and it would cost significantly more on top of their already overpriced quote. Jocoys did an excellent job on the repair and I'd highly recommend their services!

Well, they were incorrect, Top Value Transmissions got in touch with me and let me know that they take care of that. Amy, the owner wasn't sure if that was gonna be the actual problem or not until she saw it for herself. So I brought my van out there, it's borderline wheatfield and Niagara Falls, New York.. She had to order the part because I did in fact need the sensor, and it took six days to get there, so I went without a van, but I could've gotten it if I wanted it bad enough I just didn't really care at that point, I was so fed up with needing so much stuff done to the van to pass inspection. Amy found a lot of problems with it, of course. So she replaced the brakes and brake pads and other things that I don't know but everything that it definitely needed. And then eventually did the transmission sensor. Forgetting all the work done that I did it didn't cost too much. I mean it was a lot a lot for me. I can't afford anything is everybody knows, but just under $2000 to get a lot of work done. But just driving it home the van felt like a completely different van. Felt so nice. So she was able to take care of the job. I highly recommend her. She goes into detail about what you need. She's not a bullshitter and she even holds onto the parts that she took from your vehicle that were damaged and shows you afterwards and boy was mine in dire need of parts. Thank you, Amy and crew.
