He and his crew were always on time, cleaned up after the job every day and were very friendly and polite. Gaspar immediately responded to any texts or calls if he wasn't on site and was great with any changes I asked for. He was asked to provide a quote in April to stain the exterior and deck of three cabins located closely together. The bid was accepted and we were told that there were a few homes in front of us that would be taken care of and then he would begin work on ours. I called several times since I was not hearing about the schedule and it was one excuse after another. Finally phone calls were not being returned and the only communication was through texting.. Since I was not sure who I was discussing this issue with, when I insisted he call, I was told that he would not be able to do the job this year and we should find someone else. This left three homeowners high and dry, having expected to have maintrenance scheduled and performed and there was absolutely no indication that this work would not be done in a timely manner. Now it is the end of September and we need to start the search process from the beginning. Do not hire this man/company unless you appreciate being lied to, put off and wasting a years worth of time waiting for Mr. Richardson to not do anything. Seems like a nice guy, though Bottom line, it is very difficult to find any reliable service related individuals that are insured, can do what they say, do so in a timely manner and communicate any issues that arise.
