He took his valuable time to walk me through GIA certifications, diamond cuts, clarity, color and carat weight, along with other points of knowledge. He presented three fantastic options and even better value/price point and we ultimately landed on something that I knew in my gut, I just couldn't beat. I fell in love with the option! She is a disabled vet with PTSD. in text messages with Albert he agreed to sell her back her watch for escalating values. My daughter understood the transaction to be a loan against the value of the watch. Despite repeated requests for receipts, Albert talks in circles and refuses to provide what my daughter and I have requested. We will be taking him to small claims court at the minimum and report him to any regulatory authority to which he answers to. I will update this review as the situation progresses.
