I placed a quick call to Rollier's and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They let me know that they had some watercolor crayons and that they would hold them for me at the front desk. I popped over and ended up buying a plethora of fun craft items. The staff were personable throughout my interactions with them. If you need hardware, or homeware, or craft supplies, or cooking supplies, or basic food items, and so much more - they have it here. The store is well organized and you can tell that the staff take genuine delight in assisting their customers. They were extremely rude and the manager Jesse refused to return or exchange them despite it not mentioning live goods ANYWHERE on their entire return policy. He agreed that it should be on the policy, "but it's just not." They lost me as a customer, and considering that they are within 2 miles of a Lowrs and a Home Depot, I'm sure their days are numbered.

We spent a good bit of time browsing through each level and aisle, but unfortunately they didn't have anything that we were looking for. Some of the prices seemed a little high, but others were definitely fair. The woman behind the counter was friendly and gave us a brief overview of the layout when we entered and noted it was our first visit. The parking lot is small and right next to a semi busy street. So, proceed with caution when backing out.
