This campground was surprisingly amazing! Got an end RV site with full hookups for 2 nights, $50…read moreper night. Plenty of space, the grounds were well taken care of, and everything worked as it should at the site. The employees were friendly and down to earth, which made the whole experience worth every penny. Might be one of my new favorite places to RV! Also, they have a brand new bath house which was clean and well stocked. Couldn't ask for more.

We had some truck issues and weren't able to leave when planned so they helped us extend our stay and even towed our trailer to our new spot for us. I believe all sites are FHU and have cable. Pads are gravel and pretty level for the most part. There is a pond on the lower portion of the park with fish and frogs and beautiful trees lining that area. As well as a huge field. Slightly up the hill is the General Store with last minute items you might have forgotten for example snacks, drinks or even RV items. Not to mention there is a playground area. Closer to the top of the hill is a set up bathrooms with about 6-8 toilet stalls and about 4-6 shower stalls. (coin operated, 25 cents) Water pressure is good and water does get hot. Across from there is a pool. And a little further up is another pond that you can fish in. Permits are sold in the store. Campfires are allowed and there are quite a few fire pits and picnic tables scattered around the park. We were here last year for fourth of july and they put on a great firework show. I've been coming for years and has been one of our highlights each fall. The only reason I'm not giving this a 5-star is because the local eating establishments have gone straight downhill. They really do make you feel like they are doing YOU the favor by serving you. We stopped at lunch at the Tavern only to have a young waitress who was very snippy and a menu indicating no substitutions for this event. Understanding that they were busy (even though there were tons of people working and not all that many people in the place yet as it just opened) we picked something from the menu and waited a very long time for our drinks and food. Once we were done, I thought she was going to blow her top when we asked for separate checks and were abruptly told we were not allowed to have the check broken out. We paid a lot of money for food that wasn't that great to be treated like crap. We then went for dessert at the food vendor area at market square. What a difference in kindness, service, and the raspberry cheesecake was delicious! We did a little shopping then went over to the bowling alley to grab a drink and have a seat. When we walked in, there were people at the bar area and a lot of empty tables so we had a seat. My friend grabbed her dessert while we were waiting to be waitied on and proceeded to take a few bites when a young girl came running over to tell us we were not permitted to bring in outside food then turned around in the same breath and stormed away. Fair enough, although taken aback by such rude aggressive behavior, we put ours away, but my friend proceeded to finish her 3 bites of ice cream before doing so. I'm sitting there scratching my head asking why the little witch didn't bother taking our orders when she came over while another young lady proceeds to come over and throw us out while the whole "busy" waitstaff was standing behind the bar smiling. We understood why no one was in the bowling alley as we left that place with a pretty overall bad feeling about the event. Next year we plan to stick with the vendors and stay out of the "regular" eating establishments. "They don't seem to care for outsiders" was our overall feeling for the day. They can do without our money too.

It's a really big park so be sure go drive around and check out all of the amenities! I like that there is a playground for older kids and one for younger ones. The splash park is open certain hours so be sure to double check before heading there. Also, there's not a lot of shade anywhere in the park but especially at the playground and splash park.

This truly is the best stadium in baseball that I've been to. (I've been to 22 so far). Outside you can get your picture with so many different statues and monuments. I got my pic with Honus Wagner and his statue would be behind home plate outside on the street. Also, on the street I got my pic with Roberto Clemente who is in center field outside the stadium right by his yellow bridge. There's a Willie Stargell statue in Left Field. And lastly, outside there is a Bill Mazeroski statue at the end of the cul-de-sac in Right Field. There's an area for retired numbers outside the stadium along the river. There are also a bunch of baseballs of retired numbers along the water too. Inside the stadium there are bobblehead Pirate guys to get photos with all along the outfield. There's also a giant "P." The best views of the city and river basically anywhere inside the stadium. I love how much room there is on the concourse and how open it is. We walked around and took in the atmosphere. We bought seats way up top so we could watch the game and enjoy the view. Absolutely put this stadium on your bucket list.

They put you in the roof top area which is a great space. We always love hitting up the Cinderlands bar when we go for local beer. You can't beat the views in this stadium. 100/10 recommend PNC Park
