Additionally, the customer service was terrible. Off course, I'm not returning especially when there are far better stores in the area that follow proper health safety standards and procedures. This was NOT what I wanted or what I was expecting. 1. The bag was ridiculously hard to open for some reason. Not one but both so it's not me right? 2. This was more like chicharrones instead of cracklings. Those of y'all who know what I'm talking about know what I'm talking about! 3. Both flavors tasted similar, if not the same I was very disappointed in the "cracklings". I also bought their tea cakes, the original flavor and the lemon flavor. There was this bakery shop in Lake Charles that closed down but they had the BEST tea cakes so I guess I bought these thinking they would be the same. Nostalgia I guess.
