In May my father (73 years old, working full time, and a Vietnam Veteran) contracted this company to re-pave a driveway and to create another driveway with fill and paving. He was told it would take only "a few weeks." It is November, and still incomplete, yet, paid in full. Over the spring/summer, when my father would call, they would show up and do "something" and then not show up again until he called again. In July my father took ill. They knew he was sick and in the hospital and probably figured he would forget about it. They did re-paved 1 driveway. About a month after completing that 1 driveway, they dropped off 1 of the 8, truck loads of dirt needed to create the other driveway. They were never seen again. My father, while still in the hospital, tried reach them - and they never responded. He asked me to help him with this issue. I began calling in October. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone, the woman on the phone said she was as shocked as I was about this not being done. She thought the job had been completed months ago. She "promised" several times to have it completed by 11/13. Which gave her 2 weeks. I told her she better get it done before then, because it would be raining soon. Their excuses to my father were always that its was raining.... even thought most of Aug and Sept were droughts. 11/13, as I suspected, came and went with no work done. I told this woman (Cheryl) that I was going to go the legal route about this matter. She then texted me and said "Roberto is trying to reach you..." I called Roberto who said a number of erroneous things. He said he told my father that he would finish the job by January 2021. I know this was not true because I was there for several occasions when my father tried to reach them. He also said he was planning to get to the work done right away, which is contradictory to the first statement. He also kept apologizing, saying he is not a bad man and is nice, he said he would take money off the price for the inconvenience, and said he would have absolutely everything totally complete by 11/21. He too, "promised." Again, just as suspected, 11/21 came and went. No call, no "touching base," nothing. And of course, no work either. My father (and they know this) is STILL in the hospital. These people are taking advantage of him because of his conditions and age. They have been given numerous chances by my father from May till the end of October, and I tried to give them a chance for the month of November. Do NOT hire them! They did not show up in a mask. But the owner at least was outside and many feet away. Roberto signed a contract on October 8 to repair a concrete retaining wall and walkway and took a deposit. He promised to do the job in two weeks. It is now late November, and Roberto has not returned a single call from me. He appears to be running a scam. read more

The quality of the work they did for me (apron repair and sealcoating) was OK, the men who did the actual work were competent and polite, but the communications were unreliable and at a couple of points downright rude. I understand that rain can make it hard to stick to an estimated date. But whenever I called to find out when they were coming, either no one called me back, or Roberto (the salesman, who claimed to be "the boss") yelled at me for bothering him. The first date they gave me turned into a no-show--and the only way I found out they weren't coming was to start calling the day before, and keep calling, until I got hold of Roberto. (See above for his response.) The results are OK, but the salesman told me the sealcoating would make the patch and the old part of the driveway blend together in one seamless flow, and it does not. There is a definite seam showing where the new part starts. So overall--the entrance to the driveway that was damaged by snowplows is fixed, and the sealcoating looks good, but it doesn't look as I expected. And it was very stressful dealing with this outfit. read more

Met with the owner and his son Brandon, they completed 3 driveways and a sidewalk for us. The work was superb! They knocked out most of the work in 1 day, then ran into a bit of a set back, what big construction project doesn't?!, but finished up and took care of us for the slight delay. Didn't get the impression they were worried about bottom line profits, more customer satisfaction. And that makes for a darn good company in my book!! There are a lot of companies looking to make the money and move on. We are so impressed by this company we have personally recommended to our friends and will use them again on other projects. I contacted Do all for a quote. Roberto was responsive and very pleasant. Everyone we've come in contact with has been extremely friendly and helpful in scheduling our project. Do All also mows our lawn and they do such an amazing job. We've had three different landscaping companies treat our lawn prior to Do All and none made our house look as good. read more

Roberto is cheap and unreliable. My paving project was scheduled for the spring but after many phone calls and promises, it was started in late October. It was now too cold to seal the pavers so he promised to do it early next spring. Two years later and after many phone calls-still not done. They dug up my lawn big time but Roberto decided he no longer wanted to seed those areas even though reseeding was part of the project. After several discussions he had his team put down a token amount of grass seed so I couldn't say he didn't reseed. Smooth talker but Roberto doesn't follow thru to completion. Company hired to install drainage ditches in back yard. Three day job took three months with every excuse you can imagine. Crews complained they would like to finish up but were put on other jobs. When complete, the drainage was ineffective. Worse, the backhoe operator extended trench into woods and close around a very large and beautiful red oak which how has no roots on two sides and is leaning dangerously and require removal. Company unresponsive to BBB complaint and will be taken to small claims court to recoup cost of tree removal and loss of valuable tree. Roberto was extremely abusive towards employees who in turn were unprofessional towards my wife when she asked questions about the job which was obviously going poorly. Called them to level about 100 feet of my road. They ripped it up and leveled it off and it looked great. Fast forward 1 season and I've got bigger potholes on my road than before. I called multiple times to see if they can fill the potholes and the sales rep said "i'll take care of it". After a couple weeks, never heard back so I called again and again he said "he'll take care of it". Called back another time with the same answer. Sinned contracted May 4th 2021 to have my drive way paved with regrind. They told me they had a couple of jobs to Finnish and they would get me in it was to be a one day job. They told me they would call me once a week to let me know when they would get to me. Time went by no calls called them did not get an answer to when they would come. that's when the answered whey I got the machine and left a message to call me back they never did. Low and behold the called me November 1st six months later! And wanted to come and do the drive way. Told them not to come and give back my deposit I am so disappointed with them! This company is so unethical and nothing short of dishonest. I hired them to replace my driveway. I waited several months for them to show up. They finally came when I went on vacation. I had just had a brand new stone block wall put in along the driveway and made a point of telling them NOT to damage that wall and was assured that this would not happen. Since I was on vacation I had my son drop off a check to pay them in full before I got home. When we got home we discovered they had put some sort of PVC cement dispenser that they had used on a drain in the driveway on top of my brand new stone wall. The cement leaked all over the top cap stones and down the front of the textured blocks! I called Cheryl NUMEROUS times. Most of the time she would not answer or call me back. After about 8 weeks she sent out two guys who tried to get the adhesive off by using an acid wash. They kept telling me they had no idea what they were doing and were not even sure how to mix the acid wash. They ended up putting it on full strength. Not only did it NOT take the adhesive off but it ran down the front of the blocks and discolored those too! So now there is more damage. They finally agreed to pay to have the damaged blocks replaced and told me to get a quote. It took me several more weeks to even get one quote since it was such a small job. I sent the quote in. Cheryl sent me a check about a month later. I deposited the check. Then I was notified by my bank a few days later that I was being charged $25 for a BAD check that bounced!!! I called Cheryl and she apologized up one side and down another saying she had no idea that this would happen. She promised me several more times that I would get another check to cover the repair and the bank charge. What a bunch of BS. I never got the check. I spent three more months trying to call her back dozens of times but she stopped answering my calls. Do not trust this woman. She is a fraud! This was two years ago and they have never made it right. I'll be taking them to court. I refuse to let them get away with this! No customer should ever be treated like this. read more

Do All Construction did my driveway for me. When they came out for the estimate Roberto knew exactly what I wanted. I didn't just want asphalt. I wanted the driveway to look like a gravel driveway but without loose gravel. They put down asphalt and then rolled the gravel into it. It came out beautiful. The work was done in a day. They were on time and courteous throughout the whole project. I had other estimates which were much higher. I would highly recommend Do All Construction. read more

I have hired them to take out old driveway and to completely repave. I had a 2-months roller-coaster with this company. Overall the quality of work is outstanding! The work crew is very professional and efficient with their time - on that day they came on time and work was completed in time. Biggest challenges I had is with initial scheduling of project and communications, the project was scheduled for a date only when I reached out, when multiple rain cancellations happened - they did not proactively reach or rescheduled on their own, I had to do it, that got me a bit frustrated, so get ready to deal with it. In the end the level of work delivered was nothing short of fantastic. I am yet to schedule an included in contract seal coating next year, so now I know what to do.. read more
