We have several cracks and splits in the railings. Tried contacting Franca Services since May 2025 to see about the warranty and get the railings replaced. They do not return my phones calls and filed a complaint with the better business bureau, Franca did not reply to the BBB. Got a text from someone at Franca asked me to text them photos and they would get back to me. Needless to say 4 months later still have not gotten my railings replaced. Now filing a complaint with the Attorney general office.
