We have now used C&K Roofing on 2 separate occasions, and both times the service and follow up were exceptional. First job was doing replacing some siding that was rotted out, along with some flashing. The second job was the installation of a new Anderson sliding glass door. Angel was our main contact and he kept us informed of the job status and progress. The team on site was professional and kept the work area clean. Even when we had an issue with the color of the Anderson door (for some reason the new Anderson doors are a shade of grey vs. pure white), Angel and Christian dug in to work understand the issue and help to find a good resolution. Just recently moved into our new home which had a section of back roofing with a history of leaks. We shopped around for several quotes, and were happy to go with C&K roofing. They not only offered the best deal, but also the best customer service and warranty. Cristian and Santiago took the time to explain the entire replacement process and offered to install a full ice/water barrier underneath the shingles to help prevent any further leaks from happening. Very knowledgeable and responsive. The work was completed in a less than a day and looks fantastic! Since the repair we have experienced several rain storms, snow, and freezing temperatures and there have been no issues, excellent work! Absolutely recommend. I requested a quote and Santiago responded in a matter of 20 minutes! Great response time. He was kind courteous and was happy to help with a small roof repair. Christian came to inspect the roof within a couple hours and didn't know if he could come the next morning for repair but said he would try hard to squeeze the job in. An hour later Santiago called back gave the quote which was in line with the rest of the quotes and told me he could be to my property first thing.Amazing response times!!! In a matter of 4-5 hours. Christian and Santiago were prompt and the job was completed with photos to show before and after and was done properly. While I was writing the check the guys were hanging out on my steps which still had snow from the night before. Christian went and got a shovel from his truck and shoveled my walkway! Had them come by to check in on a leak we had in our attic. Very professional during the whole time. He provided us with a quote and was very upfront about the work and the timing. I'm glad we ended up going with him because he was professional, transparent and got straight to work. After the work was completed, he let us know that there were a couple of minor things that he fixed/adjusted while he was up there at no extra cost to us. This is the second time we have hired C&K Roofing at our home. Yesterday they replaced the roof and installed gutters and gutter guards on a detached garage. While price was an important factor, it was even more important finding someone we could trust. When we wanted some additional work done, Cristian was reasonable about determining a new price. The roof came out beautifully. The team was on time, respectful, thorough, and efficient. Cristian was extremely responsive when we had questions via phone or e-mail, and we did have a bunch of questions. Terrible customer service. Scheduled a time for them to come out far in advance and got a text the day before asking if we could move our time to the next day. I responded that we could do that and asked what time and never heard anything back. Then I reached out again to ask why I never heard anything and they said they would possibly be able to come yesterday and would get back to me. Never heard anything. I had a bunch of shingles blow right off my roof during the terrific wind storm we had a few weeks ago. I was a little slow getting around to having it repaired, then I realized a major rainstorm was coming through the next day. I phoned C&K Roofing based on their Yelp reviews. It was 4:00 pm Friday afternoon. Christian, the business owner picked up right away. He said he could do the job on Monday which was pretty good. Admittedly, I had been praying for a miracle that he could do the job before the rain came on Saturday. Christian paused for a second, then he said he was just about to leave a job and could be at my home in 40 minutes. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He surveyed the damage and said he could do the job right then. He quoted a fair price and did an excellent job. When he finished, I remembered a strip of flashing that had slipped out of place. I asked him if he could have a look. He did, and said he could repair that too. He took care of the flashing, and then he told me there would be no extra charge! These guys came to Stratford Street United Church in a snap to take care of critical damage in our roof that ruined our kitchen. Weather was really bad and performed the work in a strategic fashion replacing 2 different types of roof that had been long neglected. We also had great challenges removing the old roof and the limited space they could work on and did a fantastic job cleaning the site while not disturbing the neighbors. Christian and his team did my roof last year and did a fantastic job. He explained all the options to me clearly and helped guide us through the process. When it came time to install the roof, his team did a wonderful job. They took off the old roof and installed the new one in a little over three days (lost about a day to rain). They cleaned everything up so that you would never have known that they were here. Additionally, a couple days after the install, I noticed a leak near a skylight. I told Christian and he came immediately and was up on the roof trying to figure it out in the middle of a rainstorm and the dark. He found that it was a cracked seal and fixed the problem. I was so impressed by Christian and his guys that I had them come back this year to paint my house. I must say, they were just as impressive in doing this job. His guys were in and out in three days and the house looks amazing. We have gotten numerous compliments from neighbors and random strangers. I cannot recommend Christian and his team any more highly.
