I purchased the Sports Tutor Pickleball Tutor Plus Ultra with Spin for over $2,000, expecting a premium machine. Unfortunately, after just four uses, the top broke off, leaving it unable to even hold balls. On top of that, the $300 phone app upgrade I paid for only works as a start/stop button, none of the other functions operate. I first contacted Do It Tennis on August 11. They ignored my email until I called them directly, at which point they said they were "working on it." When I followed up again, I was met with a dismissive response that the matter was "out of their control" because it depended on the manufacturer, even though I purchased the machine directly from them. Now they say I have to go through the manufacturer, even though they sold me the product. This is simply not acceptable. For such an expensive purchase, the product quality and customer service should be far better. Instead, the machine broke almost immediately, the paid add-on doesn't work, and the seller has been unhelpful in resolving the issue. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this machine or Do It Tennis as a retailer. Poor product, worse customer service. If you're considering buying this machine, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

Both raquets felt comfortable to hold and are easy to maneuver. The more head heavy ezone 110, though not by much, proved to be play better with longer more aggressive strokes, to get deep shots you need to generate the power. Off center hits went over but noticeably shorter. Though a little more head heavy than the Ezone 115 it was still easy to maneuver around the net for quick reaction volleys. Overheads were comfortable as were serves. If you generate your own power this is a great raquet all around. My younger self would really like this raquet. The Ezone 115 is the best 115" headsize raquet on the market. I've played with the head 115's pwr and speed which are both fine racquets but the Ezone 115 combines the best of both into one. Ground strokes are solid and deep with average effort and you can still really drive the ball without worrying about spraying the ball from a larger string bed. Easier power than the Ezone 110" on every stroke. Volleys are effortless with good control. Serves are consistent and it has the ability to put massive spin on the back for a good kick serve. Overall, for a senior player you can't go wrong with this racquet. For younger, strong players try the Ezone 110 or even smaller versions. Tester is late 60's 4.0-4.5 Used to be good... Made a purchase based on a tennis coach at Bayclub's advice. The online website is slow and unresponsive. It took me multiple tries to just submit the order, and process payment. Maybe the website works better on a computer than a mobile device. Secondly, I placed an order for items that shows as in stock and picked FedEx 2-day shipping. I placed the order 10 days ago, and when calling today, customer service couldn't tell me why it hadn't shipped yet. There has been no order status communication over the last ten days, and when calling them today, 10 days later they said "we'll check". I'm now waiting to see if they are actually going to ship what I ordered. The same rackets are slight more expensive on Amazon, but you know when you'll get your stuff. read more

I ordered a head radical tennis raquet, the price was great. I paid a addition 20 dollars for a specific string and the raquet came with a different color string. Spoke with customer service and they stated they reserve the right to string raquet with any any comparable string. I wanted a credit but they refused. Great price but not worth it. I am doing their racket demo program and its pretty lame. I have been doing it for 3 weeks and the rackets I want are never there. I am on a waitlist for them to call me when they are returned and they have never called. There are literally only a few rackets available to demo every time I go in. I went in with my wife to purchase two tennis rackets, and we brought our small dog with us. We asked permission before bringing our dog in, and kept him on his leash. The girl working at the store seemed disinterested in helping us. When she went in the back to check on inventory she came back out with a pitbull that was NOT on a leash. The pitbull immediately went after our little dog and jumped / growled at my wife when she picked our dog up to protect him. We left without buying anything and will not be going back. To the owner and sales girls: PLEASE inform people that if you are going to let a pitbull out. We could have brought our dog outside, or just not brought him in. Very poor customer service. I placed an order online and one week later was told they made a mistake with their inventory and did not have it in stock. I asked for the order to be canceled and a refund issued. I then received an email that they had actually found what I ordered and were going to ship it. More than 2 weeks later I have not received. I purchased a tennis skirt 2 months ago on 2/26/2021. The website stated there were a number of skirts in my size in stock and charged my credit card. However, my order was cancelled by the company due to the item not being available, but I did not receive a credit when the company cancelled my order. I have called twice to customer service, wrote numerous emails to a representative asking for a credit for the cancelled order, but I have not received confirmation that a credit was processed or the credit itself to my card. The reps had stated numerous times the credit was processed going back to March when I first requested the credit, but nothing has been received. I had bought a top end tennis racket from Amazon and wanted to restring it for my particular style of play. I had gone to Dick's in Temecula, but their guy was out and would not able to restring my racket for 3-weeks.
