For me it wasn't worth the money. When I asked how much it would be after the cut they said they charge based on experience and "she thinks she's at $80 now." I could have gotten this hair cut at first choice. Maybe they're better with colour but for a simple cut I wouldn't go here. Although, they were nice enough.

I also booked this appointment online and I learned that it is okay to book any spot that is open but was advised to book ahead as they get quite busy. But the BEST part was, apparently they have a loyalty program and I ended up getting $12 off of the price! As if I needed a reason to go back to Chatters (both Nanaimo and Victoria have great hair dressers), now I'm definitely not getting my hair done anywhere else!

I don't know what they put in it, i've never had a reaction like that to any skin care treatment before. I don't have sensitive skin, and my face has never had this many blemishes. It looks awful, and it was really disappointing because I did it right before my vacation. I wouldn't recommend the face sugaring, especially for first timers- also its not gonna take ALL the hair you want out but rather about 80%, there are spots on my face that the sugaring couldn't get so it's not worth the price. Also, for the reason I cannot drive, and so as a result have to rely on someone to take me to the places I need to go to, or I want to go to, that for me this was not an easy or easily noticeable place to find in the Qualicum, BC area. For the hair cut I got from her it was good enough. I think at this point in time, that I will decide to try another salon in this area or even elsewhere if I find it needs to be done again in the future. The price was okay, the service was good, but as for this place being hard to see or notice this is why I am only giving it a 3.5 rating out of a 5.
