This is when we noticed a customer that was there on her lunch break to inquire about some sort of issue with her remote start, I can't (personally) say there are any issues with their work........so far. Although my thoughts that need to be conveyed here are more customer service related. So as we hung out (just over an hour) in their seating area for the installation of said remote start. First there was a smaller guy that was talking about a customer. Admittedly I do not know exactly what the issue was. But I do feel pretty safe in feeling like "I am a man - he's a man, I have no issues fighting him". Then there was the bigger guy that was on a call with a customer that wanted brake work done. As soon as he found out the car was a 2000, he was so condescending!! "You want breakes AND callipers all the way around a 2000?!" As a person myself that knows nothing about cars, beyond filling washer fluid, I would be beyond angry to be talked down to like I heard him talk to this customer!! What if it is a well maintained vehicle with personal/family sentimental value? If/when I call for any service of any kind - whether on my car, my house, or my body, if I am talked down to as this....."gentleman" did? I would hang up on him and go ANYWHERE else. As a matter of fact, I accompanied my boyfriend because I was going to talk to them about options and pricing for a remote start on my car. But, taking my own advice, I will go ANYWHERE other than horizon for my car.

Front or back never used paint or clear coat but charged us for it. Found the small scratches on the car front and back before we took it in. Small but we know they were there and a paint chip. Right by the door. Its still there! Had they painted and buffed and clear coated it wouldn't be there. Took it back they took off a major area they missed but up front same scratches that had where they"Faded the paint and buffed would not still be there. Scratches that were not caused by the accident but we knew were there. THEY ARE STILL THERE ON THE FRONT PANEL BY THE DOOR! THEY NEVER removed the bumper or headlight in the front. Same in the back. They charged for it. They charged HUNDREDS to remove bumpers and lights never touched. Paint and time never used. Estimated buffing the Wheel the older lady hit. Didn't do that either. Trim they took off coming off the car. This fix should have cost half. Didn't paint or buff past the doors. Charged! Didn't remove lights or bumpers. Charged ! Didn't Buff Wheel. Charged Trim coming off. Stop ripping people off.
