My wife visited his practice for dental care and shared with me how happy she was with Rebecca, Dental Hygienist, and Dr Al. How they took care to make sure that their dental care work was not uncomfortable; constantly checking in with her during the procedure to make sure she was not experiencing pain. She also commented on how modern their facility is. Example: She watched TV during, the procedure- a TV display mounted strategically overhead. Dr Al's team checked in with her proactively - post visit - to verify that their service met her expectations and if see she had any needs (the nature of her service need required two visits). Dr Al encouraged her to feel free to make contact anytime. I visited his practice in recent weeks and found my wife's feedback to be on-target. Rebecca and Dr Al are genuinely friendly and engaging.
