I wasn't rude but was upset about the sudden change. I didn't care to argue with the person I was speaking to and asked for the doctor to​ call me. She did and proceeded to lecture me on my phone etiquette. ​Things went south from there. I was suppose to make a payment during the visit that never took place. I completely forgot about it. This week I got a notice I'd been turned over to collections. I received no bill prior to this reminding me of my debt. Obviously this was a tit for tat. Dr. Patel has fixed 2 chipped teeth for me, one of which had a chip repair done before by 2 previous dentists on the opposite side of the tooth. My teeth look so great now, and the repairs are so seamless, that not only can I not see the fillings where she repaired them, I also can no longer see the the filling from the old repair.
