He failed to honor the discount offered by the hotel that we were staying at and covered that up by not giving us a receipt... And he was nowhere to be found after he received payment. To top that off, the food was passable at best... Except for my wife whose dinner was cold because the server didn't care enough to do his job. One last, probably minor but still annoying, detail... I hate restaurants that only give you a tiny cup of ketchup for a burger and fries... And make you beg if you want more. Bar Louie failed it every level. Never again!

What really upset me was when a group of men walked up to the bar after us. Instead of asking us if we had been helped or wanted to order, she immediately went over to them and took their order. At that point, we felt completely ignored and decided to leave. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and some of the worst customer service I've received. A simple acknowledgment or "I'll be with you shortly" would have made a huge difference.
