She raved about the wings so that's what I ordered. Hot Buffalo was my choice. I'm glad I only ordered 6. They came out big and juicy which was good but had a mustard base sauce which isn't on the menu for a choice meaning the sauce was not ordered incorrect, just not good. She forgot to add my fries and so they were late coming out. They were just fare. We had a discussion on the sauce and whether the ranch or blue cheese should be ordered. I went the ranch per her suggestion. Not good. More of a mayonnaise dip, no dill. I hate to give the negative review because she was friendly and good service, but I won't return. read more

Popped into doc's with some friends to watch the IU game and get dinner. We opted for the pizza. It was the typical bar pizza. Our friends ordered the burger which looked awesome and he said was very tasty. His wife ordered the Stromboli which also looked very good. The guys opted for a bucket of beer while the ladies ordered mixed drinks. All in all we enjoyed the establishment plenty of seating, lots of tvs, pool tables and a great crowd atmosphere. A group of us old friends met up at Doc's for lunch. We had read the reviews and were eager to try it out. Upon arriving we were seated right away. Comfortable bar atmosphere. Came to Doc's because we heard they had the best wings in town. We all agreed the wings were fantastic! They weren't too wet/covered with sauce. The sauce was baked into the skin and made them easier to eat! Delicious! We came on the day of the IU vs. Purdue game and there was a WILD crowd. Would not recommend bringing children here because adults are cursing like sailors at the game. They had awesome service. Waitresses were fast and very attentive. What an awesome neighborhood bar. Our table got, appetizers, pizza, wings, sandwiches and the special grilled tenderloin. It was all spectacular. Great beer pricing!!! If you are looking for a place to watch the game or just grab a bite to eat and a drink, this is a great place. The owners are very involved and it shows. I like this place. It has a great atmosphere and checks all the boxes of a good sports bar. It has a ton of TVs, good bar food, good/quick service and beer. You could definitely tell this bar was frequented by regulars. The place is large, and also has a pool table in the back. Their beer prices were super cheap and their wings were not only big but also really tasty. I also had their stuffed mushrooms which were alright. They were deep fried with what seemed to be cream cheese. Their menu was pretty varied so there was something for everybody. From salads, burgers, and pizza. One thing that i would change is have a bit more variety in terms of their beer selection by adding one or two craft beers. We went into Docs last night to eat. We were never acknowledged by any of the staff. We never got a be right with you or anything. It seemed like they were more interested in catering to their regulars. We sat there for 10 minutes and no one came over to get our drink order. We ended up leaving disgusted and going to a competitor for dinner. We will never go back. This was the second time we have tried them. read more

Excellent place! We came for the sports but the food and service were amazing! We were shocked at the time the owner took in making sure all the games were on and everyone was happy. Our bartender was nothing short of excellent, dealing with the entire place being packed and never letting anyone wait. When I come back to this area, this will be my go to place! read more

Nice place in jimtown. Best wings in town possibly? Like it a lot because they have an area for family seating. Never had anything bad off the menu, pizza is good and the ham and cheese is great. Prices are a little steep for a bar in that neighborhood but i assume thats for good reason. Nice pool tables and great sports bar atmosphere all around. read more
