Mark came by the house and was very patient listening to what I was needed. He had many samples and was very knowledgeable about his products. I settled on Hunter Douglas because I liked the quality. A few weeks later the blinds came in and he came back to install them as well! I like that I was dealing with the same person from phone, to appointment, to ordering and finally the installation. He did a fantastic job for my family and I will be using him again in the future.

I was on my way out of town and told him to get back to me via text or email. NEVER responded. (This actually happened a few years back - I gave up contacting him after a while.). Not very professional - I would never recommend him to anyone. Super unprofessional. If you don't want the project, just be up front. . I don't like to leave negative reviews; however, this unacceptable. Very disappointing as there are very few blind cleaners in the area.

I don't think it's very professional to set up an appointment with someone and try to reschedule because someone else wants that time. I don't think it's my job to call back and reschedule. At that point I felt I didn't want to give them by business. I also used them last year to replace blinds-- the blinds are high quality , and the installation went well. However, after the installation I did not receive an email or phone call from sales person following up to make sure everything went okay with install. Seems like a minor issue; however, something that's been done with services I've had in the past with other companies.
