If anyone needs any work done on their garage doors I would highly recommend DocDoor Garage Door. He came out to my parents house on Sunday and replaced their spring that broke. They were unable to get their cars out of the garage and he was at the house in an hour and didn't charge an outrageous fee for weekend/off hours. I also just had him come do an inspection on my two doors and again, great service, very reasonable and a super nice guy. He also noticed that my door wouldn't open all the way if there was a power failure and repaired that after showing me. And he also troubleshot an issue with my second garage door and we had the parts ordered. I just had Doc Doors come out to diagnose a garage door opener problem. He arrived on time and provided us with what the issue was and our options. He explained everything thoroughly and did not pressure us in any direction. He came back later in the day to install a new opener. His price was lower than what I paid for the same opener on a second door we have that was repaired two years ago. He also repaired an issue on the other door that I had the other company come out twice to fix. We purchased an 11 year old home and the garage door opener did not respond to the remotes. Doc Door had many good reviews so we gave them a try. John arrived on time checked out the unit and found the remotes just needed to be resent to the opener and asked him to check out the garage door. He did not attempt to sell me anything or make the situation any more than it actually was appreciated his honesty and professionalism he is also a very friendly person!!!!! Excellent service!! The first one garage door company that came out told us that our motor needed replaced due to a lighting strike. After calling Doc Door for a second opinion, John came out and quickly discovered that nothing was wrong with our motor. He could have easily replaced the entire unit but instead took his time and re-worked and replaced only the necessary parts in order to get the door working again. Tuesday I opened my garage door but it would not close. Manually closed, went on errands, not knowing who would fix it with integrity & not overcharge a senior widow (rather common) Figured I'd be lucky to get it fixed by Thursday.
