They make you feel special and important. They take their time and let you decide what you like. The owner is honest and sweet and she will help you flatter your shape. The samples are in a bigger size (mostly 10 or 12) but then they clip it all up the back so it looks like your size. They have tons of options in may colors and styles They are a rack in the back of deep discounted gowns and dresses I can not say enough good things about the owner. She is caring and professional. She isn't trying to get you to go for the most expensive dress. She is trying to get you to look your best!! The not so good..... They offer alterations though an independent seamstress. They have no control over her prices or policies, I found she was not so great. She rushed me and charged a lot for the little bit of work she did. When I expressed my concerns. I didn't like the way it looked she basically blew me off. She said it was fine and made no attempt to fix the issue. I ended up taking the dress to someone else and paying AGAIN to have it fitted properly. I SAY GO GET YOUR DRESS HERE but maybe get it altered elsewhere or bring along a bridesmaid with a strong personality so you don't get walked on during alterations :)

A woman there who called a head to pick up a dress still had to wait 20 minutes for them to find it. Then, in the downstairs fitting area, there was a group of 10 (grandparents, parents, etc.) there to watch two little girls try on a flower girl dress. But once they were done, they did not move and no one asked them too. There is nothing more uncomfortable than trying on dresses in front of strange men STARING at you. Not to mention, we couldn't even get close to the mirror. So we finally get to the bridal appointment nearly 40 minutes later than was scheduled because the previous bride tried on too many dresses. Um, hello, that's when you tell her to come back, because then our appointment was cut short! Instead of jumping right in, she ran outside to smoke a cigarette, and reeked of them throughout the appointment. Once the dress try on started, it was fine, but we just couldn't get over the initial issues and decided that if there was a dress there that was "the" dress, we would not be buying through Gerri's. If our experience there, and overhearing of others is any indication, it would not be a smooth process.

I was immediately in love with Three Graces Bridal and while I decided to browse elsewhere to get a feel for other shops, I always wound up wanting to be back at Three Graces Bridal. After two visits to other shops, I realized I was wasting my time anywhere else and that Pauline and her team were the place for me. Three Graces Bridal made my wedding dress shopping experience more than a dream come true because it was better than imaginable! The staff is extremely attentive, listens to what it is the bride truly wants, and is incredibly positive and warm. One day, Pauline even let my mother and I stop by when the shop was closed because I was hoping to try on the final two dresses I was deciding between yet again! How crazy amazing is that?? They were patient, flexible, and really did everything to make finding the dress of my dreams a reality. I am convinced that no other boutique offers the personableness of Pauline and her staff. I felt as though I gained another Momma during the wedding process and that Pauline took care of me as she would her own daughter.
