The staff was not able to answer the question regarding ingredients. They also rub all crusts in the same cornmeal before prepping it, in case you are corn or grain-free. While they do appear to have gluten free, it isn't grain-free and cross contamination with cornmeal that has been used on grain crust will occur. Everyone else did enjoy their meals.
