Michael is a high integrity, true professional. He called me back within 90 minutes. Then, within…read moremoments of arrival, he quickly found the 2 screws that had fallen out of tenant's pocket and wedged into back of clothes dryer...which were causing the squealing noise. But, did he stop at that? No, not this professional. Since he was already there and having to charge me for the call, he proceeded to spend a full hour completing taking apart the dryer, lubing every part, cleaning out any lint from the back, unplugging, disengaging and re-engaging the unit and checking it again at every step of the way. He not only knew what was wrong but showed up with the part the washer needed in hand. You don't get that kind of service technician unless they have experience! Mike showed up earlier than promised and even let me watch as he replaced the part and didn't even charge extra, LOL. Washer is back up and running! Call Mike, you won't be disappointed.

Finally, they determined that it was the motor that was malfunctioning-- but since that part had been discontinued, the unit was non repairable. The good news is they refunded my money for the parts they had ordered and installed, and only charged me for the one time dispatch fee (one visit). Amazing!
