One of those was just in time and plans and we had first got a dishwasher from them, and I've always. I tried to save money, so I did scratch and dent and even add scratch and dent through just in time appliance, the dishwasher was was expensive, which I get, you know, it was AA named brand dishwasher. Now they suggested it. The dishwasher has never cleaned dishes very well at all but I thought, okay, that's a one-off, not a big deal. Now, our other refrigerator that was in the house. Went\nOut on us , so I needed another refrigerator and I needed it now so I called them up. I said, Hey, and this is a larger double door refrigerator I said, I don't want to spend a ton, but can you suggest a refrigerator and maybe scratch and din again? So I can save some money. Well, Justin Kay actually told me he's like, well, we have this refrigerator I don't remember what it was called. It was like AA gungton or some c*** like that, and he said, this is equivalent, it's the same as AGE G makes them over there in China before they you know, call them GE and send them to America anyway. He said it's a good refrigerator well, right off the get, go, the refrigerator never would Keep food very cold and it kept taking and leaking. Somehow you know, the ice would like start melting and then it would have problems and we're talking weeks in. We had never repaired and we wanted another refrigerator we kept saying it's having problems, well, he would always say, well, we need to repair it. Well, this happened kept getting repaired. You know, first, it was another problem, 3 months in same exact thing, they repaired it. And then a few months in again same thing. They repaired it again, same thing, they repaired it within the warranty window, I took and I said, Hey, can we have another refrigerator he said, no, we have to do this, we have to repair it again so we did that. Then when I took and I said, look, we want this fixed, we want another refrigerator we're sick and tired of it, he said, well, your warranty's up. So now from what I've heard he's done this to many people. The good of it is, I guess he's actually moved out of the selling refrigerators to people. And now he's in the the, you know, having service tech for people well, I want to warn you on that. He's one of the most expensive service tech people in Grants Pass Oregon in my opinion. I wanna make sure that I say that. In my opinion now I do have you know, actual experience with him to draw on to say that. So my review for him is not good, he makes it to where I've been going now to home depot. I have an actual GE that says, GE on it. The thing has been amazing, I love it great refrigerator if you want to know what it is, let me know I will tell you and I'll do a review on the GE refrigerator I want to do more of this anyway. I especially appreciate that he's honest and will be frank in telling you that if you want him to repair using the cheapest parts he'll do that, but he warranty the work. I don't blame him! I told him I need to watch my budget and he said he's look for the best price on well made parts from reputable manufacturers. That's only fair. He's also a really good guy with a positive attitude. So nice to work with a repair person who isn't grouchy or touchy when you ask questions. I'm curious and if I can learn something that will help me catch a problem BEFORE is more serious than it has to be, then I'd like to do that. I think that's best for both sides of a repair issue. Be honest with Brain -- he'll return the favor and do a terrific job for you!!!

Truman worked diligently and throughly to ensure every twist and turn was cleaned. He even replaced the hose on my dryer and took apart and cleaned every venting part of my dryer. I did a load of towels afterwards. It used to take over an hour to dry them. After service it only took 40 minutes. I'm saving money on energy, wear and tear on the machine, and time! I highly recommend T&B Appliance for any dryer and vent cleaning. I asked him if I could schedule a cleaning for a year out. He responded that it may not be necessary to do it so soon, but he would put it on his calendar to send me a reminder if I wanted. Good company, good honest guy...

Michael is a high integrity, true professional. He called me back within 90 minutes. Then, within…read moremoments of arrival, he quickly found the 2 screws that had fallen out of tenant's pocket and wedged into back of clothes dryer...which were causing the squealing noise. But, did he stop at that? No, not this professional. Since he was already there and having to charge me for the call, he proceeded to spend a full hour completing taking apart the dryer, lubing every part, cleaning out any lint from the back, unplugging, disengaging and re-engaging the unit and checking it again at every step of the way.
