But, did he stop at that? No, not this professional. Since he was already there and having to charge me for the call, he proceeded to spend a full hour completing taking apart the dryer, lubing every part, cleaning out any lint from the back, unplugging, disengaging and re-engaging the unit and checking it again at every step of the way. However, when my stacked washer/dryer wasn't working, I called Tony's, and I couldn't be happier. Kyle came out, figured out the problem, and fixed it. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. The fee was pretty reasonable, and Dawn, who made the appointment, was quite professional. (He's come out a second time since, but the problem wasn't the appliance. Kyle was great then, too.) Kyle mentioned that he thought all the appliances in my home were from Tony's, and he's right. I checked the big book of house documents the sellers left for me, and all the receipts are right there: for the fridge, the washer/dryer, the dishwasher, and the microwave. I have to say that I'm not terribly gentle with appliances, and these are SOLID. They're relatively new models, and they are all in great shape, work well, and look nice. If I had to replace anything, I'd do it at Tony's. If you haven't been by, check it out--the place looks great! Tony's is a big bright spot in the Illinois Valley!

Was staying with my cousin when her fridge went out she of course has one of those new computerized…read more fridges so she called one place and they told her it would be $3000 to fix her expensive fridge. She then called Affordable Appliance and the technician Fred was great! He not only fixed the fridge but it only cost a little over $400. Honesty is a rare quality to find and Fred was quick and lucky for us he had the part on hand and we didnt have to wait nor did my cousin have to basically junk her expensive fridge to buy a new one. I recommend Affordable appliance and just wish he lived here in southern california.
