Butte, Montana: this Bar is on the corner of Ohio Street & East Mercury Street . It's almost at the edge of the BERKELEY PIT. I dare you order a Sarsaparilla there!

    Always party at Cinz!

The best bar ambiance in Denison. The food is always presented beautifully. The bartender took good care of us.

The atmosphere was great and made you feel transported to a different time. Parking is pretty easy but it's about a 2-3 minute walk up to the restaurant Food- 5 stars wild mushrooms- this is a must-order. Incredibly tasty and on the heavier side Elk meatball- pretty good, but I enjoyed their mains more Smoked trout dip- pretty good, but I enjoyed their mains more bison short rib- incredibly tender and very flavorful. The more lean profile of the bison really showed out, and made me appreciate how much tastier bison is compared to beef Wapiti chops- incredibly tender and very flavorful, without being too gamey or fatty Elk and porcini ravioli- really good as well panzanella- balanced and fresh. very well done Service and atmosphere- 5 stars Food came out quickly and the servers and bartenders were really attentive. The cabin feel, the lighting, and all the taxidermy on the walls. I truly felt transported to what Montana is pictured to be. Incredible experience if you're around the area Bottom Line Excellent steakhouse at the Lone Mountain Ranch. The quintessential place to get the Montana experience

My filet mignon with mushrooms was tasty but on the tough side, and bizarrely, the mushrooms were dry. The soup was delicious (CHEF: Ease up on the added pepper!!) and the poppy seed salad dressing was terrific. The restaurant was quiet when we arrived, around 5:15 on a Wednesday. There were only two available tables when we left, around 6:45. Reservations are available and probably a really smart idea on a weekend.

As well as beers delivered to our table that we did not order. Our ticket was apparently lost in the rush, resulting in over an hour wait for food. When it finally arrived, most of it was cold. The waitress did her best throughout the experience and even called the owner to request a discount due to the poor service. Unfortunately, the manager never visited our table. We received about $40 off the bill, one round of drinks was comped, and we were given free dessert (which appeared to be an extra scoop of ice cream worth about a dollar). Overall, the steak was good, but the sides were cold. The paella should be removed from the menu and replaced with Rice-A-Roni and shrimp. That's not an exaggeration--Zatarain's boxed jambalaya would have been a significant upgrade. I won't ever return and won't recommend it to anyone visiting. Pretty lenient given I worked in the service industry for 4 years but it was really rough.

The Guinness is always poured to perfection, complete with impressive beer art. While this restaurant came highly recommended by everyone we asked, I hesitated at first because it wasn't a historic building. It seems most if not all historical restaurants are long gone. Ultimately, we decided to give it a try--and I am so glad we did! We shared the the shepherd's pie and bread pudding for dessert. We hesitated at first with the shepherds pie as it was not the typical recipe, this was made with lamb and topped with colcannon potatoes. I was pleasantly surprised when the kitchen thoughtfully split our plate for us. Because our friends weren't familiar with those potatoes, they settled on the fish instead, ordering the 2-piece and 3-piece cod dinners. They thought the fish was fantastic and the lamb shepherd's pie was absolutely delicious. The bread pudding was excellent too. It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening, and we highly recommend stopping in!
