Hayk charged for $70 for 15 minutes of service. He charged me an extra $20 because I was 15 minutes late. He used the excuse "I'm sorry but in this line of business we sell our time." I was without a car. I was taking the trains from Norwalk all the way to Pasadena. I needed my documents notarized so i could lease a vehicle. You'd figure anybody would have excused the 15 minutes of tardiness given my situation, but he didn't. I had to run from the train station all the way to the location we were supposed to meet at. I showed up all sweaty and probably smelly to a business transaction. I wanted to wash up at least but that would've costed me another $20. Hayk did a great job signing papers and meeting me where I needed him too, but I would figure that if I'm paying him a good sum of money for a small amount of work that he would excuse 15 minutes from a man that needed to take 4 trains across town. Come on Hayk, I had to go through hell and I was 15 minutes late. Cut me some slack. read more
