These people/companies deserve it!!! Erin goes way past the extra mile. I never left my home in Monterey, California, at any time during the transaction. She ran all over the place to close the deal for us (to the city, to the title company (and set up the escrow in Cali so we could sign docs), to meet my tenants, to meet with inspectors at the property, she had excellent repairs folks at her fingertips (i.e., when the bank wanted electrical and plumbing fixed prior to funding/closing), etc.). Wheeew!.... That was a mouth full. She was there every step of the way. And she made it so we received over $10K more than I ever thought we would at closing (yep it was a nice house and she did not sell it cheap [She got us ALL the money on that one]).
