There is one man that works there, tall, dark hair with receding hairline, and I swear his panties are always in a bunch! Or, he's going through menopause, maybe both! No personality, no compassion. I've gone in three times since I had my new card and they (he) never updated my information. When I questioned him on it, why not, I've been in 3 times, he had a hissy fit! I'm not responsible for his lack of irresponsibility by not following through on his job description! He told me I was a difficult customer, because I asked questions that he doesn't want to answer! He actually kicked me out and banned me from all stores!
