From the receptionist to the Nurse and finally the Nurse Practitioner, I give 5 stars for courtesy, promptness and professionalism! They all had these qualities and a high level of empathy. My situation was dealt with and fully explained to me on what to do besides taking the prescribed medications they are having me pick up and take. When my Medicare supplement suggested places to go Two Rivers Urgent Care and Wellness had the best rating in Bradenton and they didn't let me down. I am well satisfied. read more

If I could see the doctor for my primary care doctor I would. JAYA KOLLA is by far one of the better doctors I've ever seen. Unlike many doctors he listens and doesn't act stuck up like many. He asked me what I thought of his suggestions about my knee I was having issues with. His bedside manor is top notch and he took his time. I never felt rushed. I was so pleasantly surprised. Thank you for giving me hope in doctors after having bad experiences with many. I don't have good or bad things to say about front staff as my interaction was minimal, but everyone was nice in the brief interactions I had. read more

I seem to always get sick coming back from air travel. I can usually take care of it with natural supplements. But this time over a period of 8 days it got better and then terribly worse. My throat was on fire. After 2 nights of barely sleeping I went to the Two Rivers Urgent care and Dr Kolla took care of me. Not only does he have the best bedside manners, he is very smart and gets what you are telling him. Based on his diagnostic he gave me the proper medicines. Twenty four hours into it I already feel I am on the healing path. I slept almost 12 hours. The throat pain didn't wake me up. I am very grateful to him. The whole staff is kind and friendly, a very pleasant atmosphere. Next week I will get an IV full of good vitamins. They offer so much, you should look into it. From my first phone call asking about wait time and insurance until I left, I was happily satisfied at the friendliness, professionalism and efficiency of everyone involved, from Front office ( Stefano ( spelling?)), to Rochelle ( assistant) to Dr. Shah. A few days ago, I was short of breath and drove over to Two Rivers. I was handled with TOTAL professionalism and care by everyone who I came in contact with. Dr. Kolla IMMEDIATELY diagnosed me 100% correctly and STRONGLY suggested that I see a cardiologist ASAP! I ultimately went to the ER at the hospital and was really happy to find out that Dr Kolla's diagnosis was spot on (well, I kinda wish it wasn't because I need surgery but glad he knew what was wrong)! I came here to get my labs drawn 2 weeks ago. The person who did my lab was very kind. She is the reason I have given the 2 stars.) Unfortunately, she was new and had trouble figuring out which color tubes to use for my labs which caused her to not draw all my labs that were on the prescription. This has caused me to have to come back to re-drawn Again, due to missing labs. I hate needles. I called and told them the situation. I said I should not have to pay the $25 Fee due to their mistake for the re-draw. They would not honor that and said I had to pay again to come back. I have worked in doctor's offices in the past and this is not how to conduct business. It's too bad because I was interested in other services there. I will not be going back. read more

Two Rivers Urgent Care has been a lifesaver for my husband and I. We relocated to Bradenton a few years ago and are in the process of finding new primary care doctors. Two Rivers has professionally, quickly, and kindly taken care of us from everything to stitching up a dog bite, chest X-rays, follow up care after a bicycle accident, prescription refills, and navigating through Covid.
