They refer to eachother and visits can be only 20 minutes. These mills are the worse places you can go. Ur problem will get worse. U go from one "specialist" to another on different days under the same roof to drs who are salaried. They have to oblige by rules of not treating anything that they can milk your insurance for. Dr Harden is who I made my first appointment with. After 6 visits to different referring "doctors", nothing got done and I never met this woman. I'm interested in finding out more about her, and I will. I switched over easily and saw the Dr I should have seen from the start at Beth Israel. Are these drs on hospital staffs? All u need to do is see how chaotic this place is run. Patients coming and going real fast, staff overwhelmed. Go see it before you go to this disaster and end up sicker! I know how these places make money. You can be sure the drs here are not, but there's one laughing all the way to the bank. It's the owner. If I'm wrong, have Dr Harden schedule a meeting with me and I'll take this down with an apology. All the wasted insurance resources, the time, only to be treated like a dog! THIS IS A FAST PACED BUSINESS, NOT A DOCTORS OFFICE. It's DISGUSTING ON EVERY LEVEL. FYI: Drs don't make a lot of money anymore. The only way to get rich is to run mills that make u return repeatedly. U aren't supposed to refer to yourself, but if these drs are salaried, that's exactly what they're doing. I really appreciate Dr. Mahmud S..'s care in empowering me with care choices. I felt heard and seen by her. I am very impressed with her expertise, empathy and ability to communicate in simple terms. She's a godsent in the coordination of my care. I walked out of my appointment feeling empowered to make the right decision for my care and not simply overwhelmed with a list of medication. I use to avoid my visits there 7/8 years ago. The institute has the care part of it down and now, they need to put in some work on updating the website and allow patient to interface (appointments, quick questions to nurses and doctors) better on the website. The office experience is certainly different from pre-pandemic era or 4 years ago. The nurses are more courteous and attentive. Kudos to the staff and others for turning things around. I literally called a dozen times to leave a message for her and her assistant to call me back for scheduling. Seriously like once per week for a few months before giving up. Though she'd leave voicemails I never spoke to either of them once. That is unacceptable. I of course told my clients doctor to refer him elsewhere. Next the attitude of the receptionists could be better, they aren't the worst but far from the best. Never got a warm welcome and it just seems like all business with questions to them each time I come. Lastly I took another one of my clients here for an appt. with Dr. Geller. The appt. Was 1:15. Dr. Geller didn't come in to the exam room until 2:30. I understand waits, I've gotten used to that with all the providers I have take clients too but that is no good. When he arrived though he was nice and patient with me and my client which I appreciate but I think this is one office that needs to really improve.

Dr. Zhang is a professor and you can really tell when he explained the possibilities of what my condition may be. He arranged for me to get an MRI that same day and I got a CD of my results from the imaging center. There is a lot of waiting, so you will have to take the day off to see him. If you need to call the office, you'll have to wait until after 12pm, after the recipionist arrives. Dr. Zhang himself usually gets there after 12:30pm (he's elsewhere in the mornings).
