My name is Ronell Smith on 6/20 around 9 something I walked into colerain south carefirst urgent i…read morewanted to be seen because I was having trouble breathing The staff there was amazing I had to get there names Front Desk Andrea got me checked in and was polite Medical Assistance Krystal took great care of me she greeting me when she came in my room she was polite and had manners she took my vitals and she kept me updated on what the next step would be she let me know that she was doing a breathing treatment she made sure she explain what to do and she wore gloves when hooking the machine up which was a plus for me because that something I had to put in my mouth to breath in she's very precessional I would come back to urgent and I would love for Krystal to be my Medical Assistance I love her energy and how she care for patients after the treatment the provider came in Shimmaine the NP came in my room she talked to me and explain what she will be sending over to the pharmacy them she said Krystal will be back in to show me how to hook the breathing machine up when I'm home One thing I loved about Krystal showing me was that she showed me how to do it than took it apart and had me put it together which I wish all people did it like that it's one thing to have someone show you but when they show you and have you do it so they make sure you know how is what matter krystal goes over and beyond to make sure patients are well taken care of and even when sick they comfortable and feeling better when leaving The staff for that day was amazing they have been the best staff I worked with since I been coming to urgent care Their have been other good staff but the grew today was the best keep up the amazing work you guys shows that the patients matter I left feel much better and happy with now having a breathing machine and know how to work it

When I got home I looked in MyChart and the x-rays showed only the inside edge of my hand (i.e. the thumb area), The radiologist only commented on the thumb area, saying it matched an x-ray from 10 years ago indicating I had no current damage. Unfortunately my injury was NOT near my thumb and the injury site was not even x-rayed. I'm now going to a specialist for an evaluation. Very disappointed in Trihealth Priority Care Anderson.

A couple of weeks later, and I start receiving phone calls, emails, text messages and invoices in the mail saying I still owe an additional $120.00. Of course,…read morethese things always happen on a weekend, so I was a little worried about coming to Green Township on a Sunday (if they had all the resources or would I be required to visit two places) and how long would we have to wait. I showed up a little before noon (when they opened), left the building at 1:15pm - and could not be happier with my experience. We were fourth to check - in. We were taken back immediately after registration for vitals then given a room. We only waited a few minutes for a nurse to come in. They ordered xrays of my daughters knee (which at the main campus usually takes forever) and within minutes were escorted to get her xrays. They even had results back within 10-15 minutes. I was shocked and relieved at the same time. Luckily, the xrays showed a sprain. But more than that, the doctor was so thorough in explaining what the xray shows, what to do and if she doesn't get better, she went through what signs to look for and what period of time to wait before bringing her back -- and the best case, worst case scenario. I felt completely in the loop and well educated on how to care for my daughter after the visit.
