So apparently they have a machine, but no one to reliably run it (or read the images)?! This place is all window dressing and no substance. Then he had the gaul to tell me "good luck finding urgent care with X-ray." I will be going to TriHealth Priority Care in the morning where I know with 100% certainty they have a functional X-ray and TriHealth physicians to read them. I'm not waiting until "maybe Tuesday" to get x-rays. They shouldn't advertise that they have an x-ray if they don't. And of course his answer to that was "well we can give you medication." I don't want medication. I want answers as to whether I should wrap and "R.I.C.E." it or have it set by a physician. If you have an injury that you think even MIGHT need X-rays, go somewhere else. Not worth the time, aggravation or (actual) pain. The "Manager" speaks very little English and is difficult to understand. He said I wouldn't lose my place in line and failed to tell me about the no-xray until AFTER I filled everything out. Call before you go somewhere, and drive right by this place. Not worth your time or the aggravation.

She tested her for flu and strep throat and was very kind and thorough. Since we already took a Covid test that day at home, we didn't get a Covid test. Khusbu gave us a prescription for an X-ray to screen for pneumonia because she thought that all symptoms pointed to it. The next day, I took Sandy to Westchester Hospital for the Xray. Today I stopped by the Little Clinic to see if the results were in. Shawna (whose last name I don't know but I think that it begins with a K) was the nurse practitioner on duty. I asked about Sandy's results. She told me that they hadn't come yet. So, she then called the hospital and inquired about the results. The person there told Shawna that she needed to send over a fax which Shawna did immediately. Shawna then asked me about my daughter's symptoms and her most recent fever - which was 101 today. She then gave me a prescription for antibiotics and checked for the results once again before I left. Their nurse practitioners gave my child top-notch service. I am very happy with The Little Clinic.

I have been misdiagnosed by The Little Clinic at the Harper's Point at least once, but likely…read moretwice. In the spring of 2014 I became very sick. This was much worse than any allergies, cold or flu I've ever had. I had an awful rattle in my chest, green mucus, etc. I was relatively new to CIncinnati and hadn't yet found a general practitioner to visit. The Little Clinic seemed convenient so I decided to visit them. They told me I had allergies and prescribed an antihistamine. I continued to get more sick over time and visited them again. On my third visit I insisted it was not allergies and finally got them to prescribe me a Z pak. (I have not taken much less asked for an antibiotic in years, so I was pretty desperate.) Low and behold, within a few days of the Z pak I was back to normal. Fool me once, shame on you. More recently I experienced some strange issues with my eye. Some mucus was forming under my contact lenses and I woke up with more crust than usual around my eye a few days in a row. I thought it could potentially be pink eye but it was more likely that I scratched my eye. The nurse shined a flashlight in my eye for two seconds and called it pink eye. She said I was contagious so I took a day off work. After a week on their antibiotic, several days out of contacts and then a fresh pair of contacts I continued to experience the same issue. I decided to go visit an actual eye doctor who said that I had developed an allergy to my contacts. Definitely not pink eye. Nothing contagious at all. Fool me twice, shame on me. As another Yelper said, The Little Clinic might be okay for a flu shot or a school physical, but if you have a legitimate health issue please don't waste your time. I don't know if they're not qualified or just don't care enough to accurately diagnose you, but either way I won't be going back.

When we got there, were pleasantly surprised to see it was nearly empty. The location looks brand new and was very clean. A screen in the waiting room showed patients in front of you and estimated wait time. Ours turned out to be much shorter than expected, maybe 15 minutes. Our doctor was excellent, taking the time to explain what had likely happened, as well as the workings of the ear and a plan of treatment.
