I have been a patient at this clinic for several years, primarily under Gabby, who has always been honest and supportive throughout my weight loss journey. Because of that trust, I committed to two 40-day HCG programs during a promotion (purchased on 11/25/25 and 1/23/26), with the goal of reaching my target weight by August.I began my first 40-day HCG cycle on February 9, 2026. During this time, I was advised to renew my check-up with the clinic's PA. At that appointment, I was encouraged to try tirzepatide instead of the suppressant I initially planned to use. I agreed and started tirzepatide (2.5 units weekly), which I found effective in combination with HCG.On February 17, while Gabby was away, I worked with Anna and another staff member covering from the San Diego branch. At that visit, we agreed to convert my second prepaid HCG program into a tirzepatide plan (5 units and 7.5 units). At that point, everything seemed organized, and I had enough medication planned through late April. However, during the week of February 23-March 3, I noticed something was wrong. I stopped feeling the usual effects of HCG, and my urine tests--normally reliable--became weak and eventually negative by March 2. This was extremely alarming. Based on my experience, HCG should remain detectable for at least several days, especially since I had been taking injections consistently for over 22 days.This led me to believe that the prefilled syringes I received for days 15-22 may not have contained active HCG. I returned to the clinic on March 3 and showed Anna my negative test results. Since Gabby was unavailable, Anna could not fully explain the situation but offered a solution: to redo the entire 40-day HCG program to make up for the compromised doses. Trusting the clinic and out of loyalty to Gabby, I agreed and discarded the remaining questionable syringes.I restarted the program on March 3 with a new batch of HCG (days 1-7) along with tirzepatide (7.5 units). By March 10, my urine tests returned to strongly positive, which reassured me that the new batch was working. However, by March 16 (day 14 of the restarted cycle), my test results again became weak and nearly negative. At this point, I was extremely frustrated and concerned, as the same issue appeared to be happening again. I raised my concerns with Anna, who told me to wait for a response from the pharmacy. Given the uncertainty, I stopped taking HCG on March 17 and continued only with tirzepatide. While I continued to lose weight, it raised further doubts about whether the HCG had been effective at all during this time. On March 24, I returned to the clinic seeking clear answers. I was told there was nothing wrong with the medication and that the combination of treatments might be affecting my test results. However, this explanation did not align with my past experience using HCG or with the consistent negative test results. More concerning was the discrepancy in the clinic's records. I was told I had used nearly all my HCG doses and only had about five days remaining, which did not match my personal logs. Additionally, the earlier verbal agreement to redo the full 40-day HCG program was not honored. Instead, I was offered only one complimentary week of HCG. There were also inconsistencies in my supply on Tirzepatide, I was then offered a 30% discount to purchase more medication, which felt inappropriate given the unresolved issues. After reviewing everything with my husband, I requested a refund for the remaining balance due to the discrepancies, questionable medication quality, and unfulfilled agreement. I was told refunds are not allowed per contract, what contract?When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told Anna herself was the manager. I am extremely disappointed and concerned about this experience. While I initially had great trust in this clinic due to Gabby's care, the events over the past two months--especially involving inconsistent medication effectiveness, conflicting records, and lack of accountability--have significantly impacted my confidence. read more

I first came to Drs Weight Clinic many years ago, fat and not happy about it. My main gal there helped me get the weight off. But then a few years went by without contact, and stresses in my life caused me to gain weight again. Three years ago, I went back to Gabby at Drs Weight Clunic. She saw my weight gain, I couldn't hide it. But she had compassion but also was very honest with me. I lost that extra 40 pounds and it's been almost 3 years with no weight gain. He goes over your health results in detail and spend all the time with you as long as you need to make sure you are well taken care of. I had many requests and he was able to tackle all of my medical questions and gave me everything I asked for and needed, from medications to all the lab tests. He is truly one of the best Primary Care Physican and Endocrinologist in the whole County! His staff office is very friendly and helpful. I paid around $350 for a series of weight loss shots from this place a few years back and when I arrived for my 1st set of shots the nurse was unbelievably unprofessional...she spoke about how hungover she was due to just getting back from Vegas, how she got an IV just to feel a little better, and this is the chick thats giving me the shot. Not only did I not feel comfortable getting my shots here, she also just mentioned that this shot was going to trick my body into thinking its pregnant....I'm a guy so maybe elaborate on that a bit please because she sure didn't. I requested a refund the next day, the doctor agrees and told me to wait 10 or so days, I did but saw no refund...then i called back and he said it was still processing. Its been THREE YEARS and I still don't have my money back (I know...I hold a grudge) but damn it still posses me off that they took all my money. Until I had an celebrity-studded, event of a lifetime that required me to pour myself into a dress....a very sexy, form-fitting, Stop Staring! dress, and let me tell you, ladies, my food baby was not looking cute! I went to Doctor's Weight Clinic fully intending to use a deal for Lipotropic injections, but thanks to my Sulfa allergy that wasn't going to happen. "But what about HCG?" The young lady asked me. Oh boy, I have 10 days to lose my food baby and look fantastic....what to do? What the heck? I signed up for the 21 day HCG injection program. I had a really hard time at first, once I got into the swing of things, I was good to go! By my event day I was down 10 pounds & had tongues a wagging! The ladies here are fantastic! Friendly as can be and totally encouraging. It's never crowded, and you don't feel like sheep that come in just to get shot & leave like some other places. They are very unprofessional. I just visited and was seen by the nurse. I bought the yelp deal and explained before She swiped my card. Obviously, she wasnt listening and swiped my card for wrong amount. They looked very confused with this whole yelp thing and clearly looked annoyed. The nurse even giggled when we were filling out my personal profile. How rude!!!! Now, i have to come back tomorrow to see md for prescription, which they did not explain in the first place!!! Adam is fantastic. I have tried multiple weight loss clinics for B12 shots and this one is by far the best.

This place is great!! I've only been a patient on and off for the past two years! There was a lot of changes in the staff recently. Im glad the adjustments were made. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Adam always remembers me, even when I fall off for a bit. The nurses are so sweet too. I'm not the biggest fan of injections, but they make the process doable. I initially came for weight loss. Now I just return for my weight maintenance and feel good vitamin injections. B12 has been life changing for me and my thyroid. Excited to try the biotin too! read more

This is a worst weight loss program I signed up my son and paid for a whole year they charged me an extra month because my son gave notice 2 days later than scheduled 30 days due to holidays and never used their services during 30 day period. This place is not going to last in business at this rate. In the last year I have had a horrible experience. From being pressured by the German mafia receptionist to pay for more shots to being told I now need a physical to continue treatment, $179! This is a new Doctor's order. They said they take your blood work. Yeah right! Without insurance these labs are more than $179. Lies! I asked if I can bring in my own doctor's physical and they said no. At every turn they try to get more money out of you. It's ridiculous! I left a whole chart of meds and shots. I never will go back to this place. This office is the bomb!!! Everybody is really cool and helpful. No pressure just the real deal. Tessa, Isaac and the staff are great. They give excellent shots too..hardly feel em. I've lost 17 lbs in less than 2 months..very close to my goal! I'd suggest anyone who has had a hard time loosing to try the lipotropic shots..they really work. I love this place! I have tried many weight loss clinics and never saw any results until I found this place, I lost near 30lbs in 2.5 months. I did the Phentermine, B6 and B12, and Lipotropic shots, along with eating right and exercise. The only Rep I deal with is Tessa, she is awesome! She doesn't pressure you to do anything you don't want and works with you with payments and packages and honors any coupons you have. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I would have been a new patient... when I walked in, the nurse working that day just stared at me and didn't even acknowledge that I had walked in. She continued to help another patient and completely ignored me. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and waited for her to finish. As she walked the other patient to the counter to check out, she continued to ignore me. By this time I was furious how unprofessional she acted... not to mention how they don't protect your privacy. They had a list on the counter with every person who had been coming there for at least the past year!! So unprofessional and rude... Complete rip off. I gained weight. Was not even sure what I was buying. The Phentermine made me extremely dizzy and a feeling of imbalance. Scared to continue, so I asked for a 1/2 refund on the pills since I only used 8 days and felt terrible - they said no refund. The pills do not come in a labeled bottle - so not even sure what the pills really are. Really disappointed. I would not recommend to anyone. read more

This place has been a great experience for me. I was desperate to drop a few pounds before a vacation and even though I had no idea what I was getting myself into, I signed up for the Vitamins and HCG. The combination of the injections and cutting carbs, sugar and dairy from my diet resulted in a 20 pound weight loss in about a month and a half. I have since lost another 10 pounds for a total of 30 pounds. Tessa and Isaac are so awesome and pleasant to deal with. I purchased two series of diet injections which consisted of several months. I only lost four pounds the entire time after consistently receiving injections twice weekly. I also purchased their pills which never worked which was created by some unknown company. Most of the injections were painless except for several which left bruises, and now, I keep getting a sharp pain in my upper and lower legs. This diet program cost around $250 and never worked. The office is not a medical office but a waiting area with a couple of rooms with a weight scale and table. i was supposed to have been seen by a doctor which never showed and instead was seen by a so-call nurse practitioner. The staff were friendly but constantly tried to convince you to purchase their products and additional serum telling you that you need it to help the weight loss. I paid additional for shot booster which was suppose to energize me and burn fat faster. NONE OF THEIR SHOTS OR PRODUCTS WORKED. My advice to you is, save your money and get a book on weight lost and do some sort of daily exercise because this place is truly a ripe off. read more
