    What can brown do for you? I'll tell you what my UPS guy does for me…read more 1. Shows up promptly every morning and every evening at my office. 2. Balances four to six packages coming or going AND manages to hold the door open for my coworkers who happen upon him at the time. 3. Always smiles and says good morning or good afternoon. 4. If we need a package sent, he's there quicker than you can bat an eye with all the supplies needed for shipping (just in case you forgot something). For all the ladies that wonder whatever happened to chivalry...check your UPS store. Oh and if you need a package sent or delivered they're great at that too. :)

    I dropped off two packages at UPS at the same time, but only one was delivered. The second package…read morehas had no movement for over a week. I called multiple times over several days for follow-up and eventually spoke with a manager. I was told that someone at the Covington hub said part of the label had come off. I offered to email a copy of the label, which I did, and the manager assured me she would forward it to Covington. It has now been over a week, and there is still no update or movement on my package. I even shipped packages through the United States Postal Service after this UPS issue started, and those packages have already been delivered. I also called the UPS customer service line, but there has still been no resolution. This has been a very frustrating experience with poor communication, unprofessional service, and no real help.
