Balances four to six packages coming or going AND manages to hold the door open for my coworkers who happen upon him at the time. 3. Always smiles and says good morning or good afternoon. 4. If we need a package sent, he's there quicker than you can bat an eye with all the supplies needed for shipping (just in case you forgot something). For all the ladies that wonder whatever happened to chivalry...check your UPS store. Oh and if you need a package sent or delivered they're great at that too. :) read more

I dropped off two packages at UPS at the same time, but only one was delivered. The second package has had no movement for over a week. I called multiple times over several days for follow-up and eventually spoke with a manager. I was told that someone at the Covington hub said part of the label had come off. I offered to email a copy of the label, which I did, and the manager assured me she would forward it to Covington. It has now been over a week, and there is still no update or movement on my package. I even shipped packages through the United States Postal Service after this UPS issue started, and those packages have already been delivered. I also called the UPS customer service line, but there has still been no resolution. This has been a very frustrating experience with poor communication, unprofessional service, and no real help. read more

Super busy location but these ladies and gentleman are the A team . They worked quickly to pass the line of people along at rapid pace without compromising their customer care quality . The level of friendliness and attention to detail really surprised me . These nice wonderful people working under pressure made it look easy . Went to drop off 2 pkgs for my daughter after work this past Monday. Successfully returned one item but needed a minute with her second. Young man at counter instructed me to step aside to find the second code so he could attend to the next customer. Of Course. Fine. Then tells me after the 5 minutes he dealt with the lady I stepped aside for that I should go to the back of the line which was six deep already.The lady at the front of the line offered for me to go in front of her which was nice but I was done and left. Shame on the young man who probably had no business working with people -especially at our favorite UPS store during the holidays on Hwy21! read more

If I could give 10 stars to describe my experience, I would. I needed to print a funeral memorial service for my brother on deadline, and Jamie went above and beyond and then some. He gave me several options regarding paper and waited at the store to ensure I was happy with the result. He waved a magic wand to make it work - changing fonts, print size, etc. - and succeeded. Had two of the same products in my vehicle. Went to return the damaged item to Amazon. Got it checked in and left. 12 minutes later I realized I brought the new one on. They refused to go in the back and get the new one and exchange it. Then charged me 17.63 to box the damaged one to return to Amazon. LOST MY PACKAGE SOMEHOW ;-; got an 8 pound box worth 200 dollars literally 10 miles away from its destination AND loaded onto the delivery truck then sent back on December 17th 2024, and I get it if you couldn't make it that day and they attempted further delivery the next week I totally understand... To maintain their "pack and ship guarantee" they wanted to charge me five dollars to run a strip of tape over my small box. Or I could purchase an entire reel of tape for four dollars. FedEx just got a new customer. read more

I asked this store specifically to "professionally wrap my tv for shipping and I paid extra. I also paid extra for insurance. My tv ended up broken and they are denying my claims. I've called and spoke to the lady that works there she says the ups has denied my claim and asked if the package had peanuts inside of it. The box was not ups box but the lady that worked there said "the box is big enough and it will work" instead of using ups boxing. How am I being denied when I took all the precautions to shipping my tv? The driver said they came when they didn't really come, no note left on the door. The ups guy drove past our apartment with our door wide open without stopping when it was time to pick this tv up. I trusted ups before this issue. These crooks here damaged our TV and now are refusing to accept responsibility. They packaged the the TV, they shipped the tv, TV asked for us to pay insurance which we did. Will never use UPS again, whoever owns that branch is a crook. Will refer everyone to Fedex from this point out whoever Taylor is needs to be fired she is rude and unprofessional.
