Dodger fans, get to the game early so you have time to shop for your team merch! There is one entrance and one exit on the west side of the store. The store was fully stocked with rows, shelves of memorabilia. You can find all sizes (Adults, Youth and Infant clothing). Plus, purses, jewelry, key chains, cups, magnets, lanyards, shoes, jackets, etc. It's a Dodger fan playing field, with so many items not found in other stores. I like to look at the clothing in person see the color, feel the texture and get the correct size!! What a bummer to order by mail and it does not fit. The Dodger staff were helpful, friendly and approachable. They were not rushing you or hovering over your back. The staff also sold 50/50 raffle tickets right out side the door. I love the Dodgers, but this store is just always a pain. Once you get inside (because usually there's a line out the door), it's so cramped that it's hard to move around. There's a flow of traffic from one side to the other. Don't expect to have an easy time going from the exit side of the store to the front. It's going to be tough. And what shocks me is that despite the store being stocked floor to ceiling with things, I can rarely find anything worth buying. It's either the same Ohtani shirt over & over again or just designs that don't speak to me (that's not to say you won't like them. They're just not for me). I also don't like that they put the jerseys right up against where the long checkout line is. It's tough to brows them because you have to basically jump in line to look at them &/or hold the checkout line up because people think you're in line when you're just shopping. I also wish they had a wider selection of jerseys for different players. I always look for a Kike City Connect uniform (or just a basic Kike jersey) or a Rojas jersey. Never in stock. Ohtani, Freeman, Betts, & Yamamoto. That's about it. I get people want those jerseys, but I just would have hoped that at the stadium they'd have a wider selection of players available. The location of the store is right at the top of the stadium, so the view is unbelievable! They're open even during non-game days and you'll find anything and everything Dodgers. Except sizes of the more popular jerseys/shirts. Was looking for smaller sizes of Ohtani's shirt but only XXL were left in both men's and women's sizes. KIM is the rudest human being I have ever come across in my entire life. This is the woman that the official Dodgers Team Store chose to great patrons at the entrance mid pandemic? I am baffled at her lack of customer service skills. I understand when it comes to policy there are things that are in fact that. POLICY. However there is a fine line between enforcing policy and blatantly being a rude, narcissistic angry person who clearly would rather act as a red coat than a welcoming greater at the Dodgers store. A Karen will always show her true colors. If you are immediately attacking me about asking about the return policy, then you get angry that I questioned my options, then closed the door in my face without even asking if I wanted to shop inside, you seriously have some sort of issue that is rooted deeply beyond your job. Also clearly telling me to put my jersey aside due to fear that I would swap the jersey out when there are 5 people in the store and 4 of them are employees is an absolute joke. Don't judge me, I waited until my husbands birthday to buy him a gift. I worked that day, rushed to the dodger stadium store with a cake in my backseat and needed a custom jersey made. Upon my arrival, they couldn't find a single jersey in the color way I wanted in his size (xl). Just as we were about to give up one of the young ladies brought a box out and handed me a fresh & brand new one. I asked how long customizing would be since I had the cake in the car and they told me they'd move mine up and get it done ASAP. I sat in my car with the air on and my cake and they called me within 20 minutes to let me know my jersey was ready! Insanely awesome and fast experience! With better selection and quantity, it's the one place you should visit often. As for me, ERR GAME, EVERY GAME. Just like the $20 parking prices and the 140% increase in ticket prices this year, this stuff ain't cheap. So my suggestion is to find a season ticket holder like me and use their 20% discount card. Every little bit helps. Yes, I know you might be able to get this stuff cheaper at Wal-Mart or online, but the selection is quite dank and the experience is a tad more exciting when you bring home a blue doggy bag from the ballpark. Their customer service is horrible, I had a cashier overcharged me over $56.00 dollars , he rung up a shirt I NEVER GOT OR PURCHASE, I call them and they were no help, I had to drive all the way there again to get it fix and the manager "Cynthia " I believe was her name was no help, dismisses me and told she would have to "look into it" so I'm supposed to trust them after they already stole from me! It's the official team store, be prepared to have a couple of "take my money now" moments. Just a heads up, it can be pricey. Jerseys, shirts, jackets, hats; all for men, women, and children, they have them. All sorts of gifts, specially the ones you normally wouldn't find in your local fan shop, they have them. Their custom shop shop looks pretty cool; you can get a custom jersey, hat, or bat made for you. Located on the stadium's top deck, you get this picture perfect view of Dodger Stadium. I went to the World Series and bought a few items. It wasn't until the next day I noticed I was charged for two hats instead of one. I called and was told I had to come in to speak to the manager. I went in and the manager was at lunch so the salesperson took my information down and I was hoping to hear back from someone. No phone call. She was very helpful, and you can hear it in her voice too, the thing was...I didn't know if I wanted my items shipped or if I can go pick it up...so I would have her hold it, and then I have her take the plush off hold, then I decided I do want it, I called her a few more times and asking about the plush, because I was indecisive(my bad, I admit), but the part was...she was kind and helpful and understanding. So in the end...I ended up having her ship my items and I did buy the hat and the plush. She is GREAT!! Wish more people in the Customer Service industry would be more like Brenda. I came on a non game day towards the end of the season. Sizing was tough -- they were sold out of small, medium, large, and even extra large on many of the items including jerseys and shirts. I was able to find a Large of the Replica jerseys in travel gray. The replica jerseys can be customized in store - the authentic jerseys can not. The fee to customize was $40 on my visit in September 2018. I also purchased a bat that they are able to etch a message onto. Because my visit was on a weekday on a non game day during the season the store was relatively empty - so I was able to take my time crafting my customization messages the girls who assisted me were pleasant and even offered suggestions. The drive up to the team store was pleasant! there are great views all the way and definitely a fun experience if all you've ever done was visit on game days. While I waited for my items to be customized I was permitted to walk out into the park after my items were complete I asked if I could again go out to the park so I could take some cool photos of my items with the park in the background. Overall a great experience minus the limited sizing, which is totally understandable given how late in the season we are. read more

Literally do not purchase here!!!! Such a rip off, clothes are ripped or worn and had the worst experience. You would think for spending so much or not living in the area they would accommodate more but NO. Absolutely wrong. First they forgot an item I purchased for $50 and I had to return the next day to get the item that they reviewed cameras and the cashier forgot. So I wasted my time, gas and money to come all the way from Moreno Valley back to the stadium. THEN my sister got the wrong sized jacket so I had to come a separate time to this horrible stadium to do a simple exchange for a different size and because the store I got it from was reserve level and not top deck I couldn't get the sweater I wanted because it was closed and only open on game days ( mind you they only give you 14 days to exchange and game days you can't get in without paying for parking or a game ticket!) ridiculous. If you like throwing money away spend it at the team store. To Dodger management, if you price everything more reasonable you'll sell more because the fans really want to buy your merchandise and concessions and be part of the Dodger culture. During the Peter O'Malley era, prices on merchandise and concessions were reasonable and affordable, the lines at the souvenir stands were long every inning. I went in for the 2016 NL west champs shirt. A tshirt mind you, priced at $44 plus taxes still. Then later that night i saw these same shirts in sale for 27.99 on mlb.com. even with basic shipping it was cheaper. The price gouging that happens here is unreal. Came to the "Top Deck Store" to look for some dodger merch for the 2017 World Series. The store was already closed with a long line inside that wrapped around the entire store.
