1. Horrible work, I ordered 300 Jersey's and 150+ of them were messed up and quality work wasn't that great 2. I had to pay for the shipping for them to check the Jersey's in person at their shop, after I had sent multiple pictures of the messed up Jersey's 3. I had to pay about almost $300 to just ship it back 4. They would not cover the shipping fee for a return 5. For the return, they wanted to do pay pal and that costed me a FEE, they refunded as business instead of gift and it costed me the fee, they did not want to PAY FOR THE FEE, Instead it came out of my pocket. Which doesn't make sense since they messed up. They won't own up to mistakes, that their company made. They sent me dirty jersey's, messed up jersey printing, upside down printing as well. Garbage company doing garbage work. They only care about taking the money but won't take care of the customer. read more

Customer service needs to lot of improvement. They don't greet don't speak none of that which is very irritating being that you are spending money with these people. It seems like they are almost annoyed helping you which is odd being that you are paying to keep this business open. They need to approach their clientele with more respectfully especially their customers of color. Also, they do not open when they say they do. I've been here a few times and this place is gonna be the only place in Fashion District where you are 100% for certain to get good customer service. **UPDATE: 08/18/16 - Got MJ's attention with this review, I'm guessing. But we are officially in motion! Changed my rating to 3-star because we're working things out and communicating! So far, I like what I see. Thank you, MJ, for keep in contact with me along the process! ** I was so looking forward to having a great experience with this company after reading all of the great reviews, and after a friend of mine recommended I use this company for custom prints! However, things aren't going very well with my inquiry. I sent over an initial inquiry after I spoke with a representative over the phone. I was advised to email in my logos and ideas for our company hats and shirts, and that I would receive a quote "by end of today". I have yet to receive anything, and it has been a week since our initial contact. I have been following up via email, but the only response I got from MJ was very vague and asked questions that I clearly specified in my email. I was very thorough as to how many shirts and hats my companies would like to order, what logo goes with what color tshirt and hat, how many hats, the breakdown of sizes for both hats and shirts, so on and so forth. You would think that with an order for 200 shirts and 100 hats, they would make this a little bit of a priority. I understand that they could be busy with already placed orders, but how hard is it to give me a quote? So, since I haven't heard from MJ or anyone else, I called them about 20 minutes ago to do another follow up. I spoke with someone who, again, asked me something that I clearly stated in my emails -- I am [hoping to] order 100 shirts and 50 hats for TWO companies. So, that means one set of hats and shirts with one company logo, and the other set with the other company logo -- I don't understand what the confusion is. [He] has advised me that a mock up will be sent to me, so let's see how much longer this will take. Let's turn this one-star rating into a five-star rating like everyone else! I was referred here by a friend and stopped by this past weekend. The store is very clean and organized with a very large selection. Also, unlike some of the other stores in the area, they're fluent in English so I didn't have any problems communicating. Almost single handedly ruined the reputation of my company. Poor customer service, no professionalism at all, I am disappointed.

MJ is terrific to work with. I needed custom embroidered towels made for my wedding, and he did them to perfection. I guess it's difficult to embroider towels because you can see the backside, but he proposed a solution that worked and I couldn't be happier. After many times of coming here, buying shirts individually, I wasn't allowed. Walking in today, I noticed two men walking out with two shirts each . Also noticed someone New working and he said they don't sell individual shirts starting the new year. i came in here as a returning customer and as soon as i came inside i did not feel a welcoming vibe , i greeted everybody in there first and recieved no response, super rude. i spent about 20 min looking at their products then he proceeds to tell me he will not sell me anything because i have no business license ?! where does it say that on here or in your shop? trying to tell me this "just started" for 2017 im not mad its just sad that you have to treat people that might not be from your race or culture different , im not mad i just will never give you business again i was a loyal but i will take my business else where after this....work on your customer service skills just because you make money doesn't mean you have to be rude. read more
