I had a skull cap previously , I purchased from NFL Pro Shop and it fit perfectly for an adult male and states ONE SIZE FITS ALL. Great customer service. This is a decently small location. Don't let that mislead you though. They have a large and organized stock full of jerseys and other items you might be interested in. The staff and management provide great customer service. As others have stated the manager Eric goes out of his way for the needs of the customers. As I told the 2 managers at the store. I was going to write a review about the poor service received. I was not approach to see if I needed assistance. After when I approached them to pay they didnt even greeted me. I had to go get my card from my car came back and both the man and woman said to be the manager were not friendly at all. On top of that I was been charged a different price from the one on the tag. Just my feedback, they may not care but If it's not for clients they get no paycheck. I wish I can give a bad review. A few days ago I bought three TShirts here and one I was iffy about and Cynthia told me that I can REFUND. That was a lie when only exchanges were allowed. There was no communication issue because she knew I tried on almost all of their 49ers shirts. I even told her that the receipt was exchange only and she implied don't worry. I am not sure if she is trying to meet her sales or what but please get it straight because I don't live in the area and I had to call back and talk to their assistant manager name Chris who is an idiot and saying she always tells people the exchange policy and that "I am not saying you are wrong or not" as if he is defensive already. Then he said go ahead and leave the review he doesn't care. SMH bad customer service and he should never be a manager and never once apologized. I will never go there again. CHRIS needs to take management 101 class and customer service. He should work somewhere else in which he doesn't have to be on the phone or in store helping people. I really hope he gets demoted. Dreadful staff worker was on the phone the whole time, flirting and even saying how she didn't care about the job. She had attitude the whole time, even when ask to retrieve a hat for me. They have a lot of merchandise in stock and I give them credit for that, however, EVERYTHING IS SO OVER PRICED. Either their rent is too expensive or the owners are greedy trying to get rich fast, and/or both! I bought my gf a jersey there only to find the exact item $25.00 cheaper at Fanzz on the first level of the mall. Bought a hat on Friday 8/9 from the gentlemen that was there running that location that day, a bit dirty and advised me that Montclair had 6 if I wanted he can order it and have it there by Wednesday. I said no and took the stain one. Little did I know that, that night my car got broken into and got stolen. I called the gentleman back and asked him if he can order the one from Montclair because of what just happened and Recendo did an amazing job by doing so. I get a call today from the "Store manager" Cameron and says my hat is here reminder they said Wednesday so being there early I rushed from Beverly Hills all the way to pick it up. As I am trying to pay via Apple Pay (same way I did Friday) he said he can not take it because the name on my Apple Pay was not on it (never heard of such thing, I showed him all 3 cards I have registered with my card in my hand that doesn't have my name on the Apple Pay wallet, and also told him that they didn't ask me for anything on Friday besides run it. It's ridiculous that they don't even have a District Manager nor area manager to contact. He didn't give me the corporate number. He made go online to look for it. Little does Cameron know. I've been in the retail industry for 11 years now and a district manager for 6 years. These are the type of employees that DO NOT go far and beyond for there customers. These employees are not fit for the retail industry and I advise that Pro Image does an overall retraining session with all Store managers on the value of there customer service. At the end of the day they are the face of your company. Oh and by the way Cameron ANNNNY Bank that gives you a temporary card says "TEMPORARY CARD" FYI! read more

Was just passing time in the mall before a dodgers game stopped in to look at some jerseys and hats as I walked in I was greeted within seconds by the manager I can't remember his name but super customer friendly. I'm a big guy and the guys tried hard to find me a jersey in my size but couldn't but I did find a hat I liked. Hats off to this staff super friendly and make you feel welcomed. The employees encourage you to try the merchandise on for the best fit. This is a perfect to shop for a gift that will last years to come. 6 stars if I could. I gotta say amazing customer service here. I left the store completely satisfied. I was shopping for my boyfriend's Valentine's day gift and was originally looking for a manning jersey which they didn't have. So I decided to go with Montana. My boyfriends first jersey so it had to be perfect. Sadly they didn't have his size. Eric the manager said he would call another store for me and he found me one in stonewood. Me being the lazy one did not want to drive so he told me I'll be happy to pick it up for you and have it here for you to pick it up Tuesday afternoon. I told him I needed it Monday since I will be out with him Valentine's afternoon. So get this he says he'll have it there by Monday night. Talk about going out of your way for a customer. I was so happy. I never really get that type of customer service anywhere. He also helped me pick out the size of jersey by showing him a pic of my boyfriend. And also tried it on to see how it would look. It helped extremely. If I didn't do that I would have bought the medium one which would have been a huge mistake. Lol. Shout out to sales associate Cynthia. She was so patient with me and I know I was a pain asking her to get this and get that for me. Not a sense of frustration out of her. I mean I used to work at express at the mall and I admit I'd lose my patience and have probably shown it in the past now that I think about it.
