They get their exclusive stuff before all them other sports shops because well... it's the official Dodgers Clubhouse! The vibe here is always very welcoming and chill from all of the staff working/helping customers. They make you feel at home while guiding you with any particular selection of merch that you are looking for with the value that is different than Dick's Sporting Goods, but you honestly say that you legitimately got it from a Dodgers Clubhouse. This is 100% the store for a massive selection of great Dodgers gear. If it's available in Southern California, you'll probably find it here. Found a great World Series 2025 hat, a beanie on sale, and a Pro Standard shirt that I got to try on. They also offer custom embroidery for your hats, which is a nice added feature. Great store. The people working there are super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They have a big selection of pins as well, which is great. These people have it together. The only big downside is the parking situation. Either pay $40 to park or try to get a stamp at the movie theater which refunds $35 back. I told the person at the parking booth I was trying to go to the Dodgers Store, and she said I could go to the ride share area and just leave my car there. Worked like a charm. So, try that if you want to get to the Dodgers Clubhouse without paying for parking. read more

This awesome blue and white delight is a sports enthusiast dream with hats, caps, shirts, tanks, cups, banners, bags, jerseys, mats, keychains, patches and bbq/grilling things in various fashions for the LA Dodgers fans, plus more. Located in Universal CityWalk this sports paradise caters to all from the newborn future fan to the oldest fans of all shapes and sizes. Open all seven days of the week from 11am to 9pm Monday through Saturday, or until 6pm on Sundays. It's pretty awesome, but a bit overpriced. They do have a great clearance/marked down table/area with some solid things as well as some unique prints from camo to Peanuts (Snoopy and Co.) The customer service is excellent and instant with someone typically greeting you right away. They do custom designs in store as well in patch embroidery. D.Clubhouse locations are owned and operated by Lids where they also have an impressive onlineshop and free shipping for orders over a certain limit ($24 currently with their LIDS24 code). The staff is so busy so it's difficult to get superior service. Lots of merchandise to choose from with hats to jerseys. Very rarely do they have a sale. Since the Dodgers are doing well in the League, the merch is expensive to wear your favorite player or official logo hat. read more

The staff at this store is awesome! Lupe and her team made me glad I chose this store for everything I needed. I called the store the day before coming to ensure they had all the sizes and types of jerseys I needed. I spoke with Lupe and she was amazing and very patient as I tried to figure out everything. We are having a birthday party and needed multiple customized jerseys in different sizes and colors. She was very helpful and assured me they had everything I needed. I came in the next day and they customized all our jerseys. Lupe and her team went above and beyond to help my family and I with excellent customer service! Dropped in to buy a new jersey however women's jerseys are few and limited inside so I ended up walking out with a jacket instead. Store is clean, employees were nice and pricing is typical. Lots to look at besides jersey's they carry socks, t-shirt's, hats, lanyards, stickers, license plate frames, coffee mugs and cups, etc. The only issue I took from the location is having to pay $30 for all day parking even though we were only there for about 1.5 hours since it's also Universal Studios parking. 4.5 stars read more

They are very sensitive , the night crew is just horrible they just want to leave .i had the worst experience . If you're a Dodgers fan, then this store probably needs to be pretty high on your list of spots to visit while you are at Universal City Walk. The store is FILLED with Dodger blue and has everything apparel related for men, women and children. World Series to jersey to brand name t-shirts --- I love the selection of '47branded shirts and hats they carry. Especially the throw back to Brooklyn Dodger days (in the hat section). Employees were friendly and asked a few times if I needed any help. Prices really didn't seem too bad considering the type of store this is and the (I'm guessing) high rent district they are located in. The store is located at Universal CityWalk, so rent is super high -- and management happily passes those extra expenses on to customers. Hats you can buy elsewhere for $25 are priced close to $40 here, but that's only due to the location. The same goes for t-shirts and other Dodgers swag. The atmosphere inside this Dodgers store at the Universal CityWalk makes it hard to shop, it's very loud, busy, the merchandise is poorly organized. Customer service isn't terrible, but it could be better. The merchandise isn't too diverse, it could be cooler selection wise. Prices are too high, even higher than at the Dodgers stadium shops? I think $90 for a short sleeve with collar shirt is kinda steep. Nice, but just plain cotton. I don't know about this place, I never had a great shopping experience here. read more

Terrible customer service and prices are ridiculous. I was in there this week to buy a shirt. My kid really wanted this shirt otherwise I would have walked out. There were 7 employees at the check out area. Only one was helping customers. The others were all just chitchatting with each other, watching the one guy work. Finally, the guy who was helping a customer on his ear piece told some of the other guys that they needed to open another register, but this was after 15 minutes of the customer in front of me being an idiot. After a long day hiking in Malibu and driving all over Los Angeles, my friend and I were trying to figure out whether to see a movie or just do some personal sightseeing. With the Dodgers out of town in Arizona, I wanted to visit Universal Citywalk's Los Angeles Dodger Clubhouse. My friend and I walked in around 6pm Saturday to a very crowded store and more noticeably, a sea of Dodger Blue Apparel and Accessories. For a moment, I believed I was in Dodger Heaven. I may have. I was greeted by the lovely and very courteous, Katie. From then and there, she became my concierge and Dodger Friend. I knew that she was going to service my needs **AHEM** Dodger Needs. The one question that had been haunting me before I walked in was....Does the Dodger Clubhouse Personalize Jersey's. With a subtle, cute answer she said, "Yes, we do!" She took me over near the counter to a machine that personalizes the Dodger Jerseys. You can preview what your Dodger Jersey would look like at the Kiosk. You can choose your Name and Number on the back of the Jersey for $125. While I was trying to make up my mind on what was going to be on my Dodger Jersey, a lot of the other Dodger Associates were trying to get my business, but Katie was definitely fighting off her colleagues to keep me. Although Katie seems to just get a sale from me, she appeared to be very knowledgeable about the legal aspects of the company. and the products that the Dodgers Clubhouse sells. Now, that's a GREAT EMPLOYEE & REPRESENTATIVE!! I was in the store for about an hour trying to makeup my mind. and Katie was a doll for waiting around on me. I made the Pros vs Cons with my friend and made the final decision to move forward with the print. Katie took care of my order and headed over to the Personalization Booth to make my Dodger Jersey. She was the show of the hour getting a couple of the other customers to watch her do magic on my Jersey. She had her tools handy and waited for my A-OK. I gave her the Executive Decision to press and the result was spectacular. There are other things that happened at the store, but that was between Katie and myself :) I was never pressured to buy anything and she had all the answers ready for me. I am sure the other Employees did too, but there was no hesitation in her answers. Overall, I was impressed with the products and very GRATEFUL for the service that was provided. It is very rare to see that and I had fun with Katie. If you are reading this Katie, this Yelp Review is dedicated to you.
